A very friendly reception, with Sarah, who took care of me in my native language, French. I was engaged from beginning to end by professionals, attentive, very meticulous, who had an incredible job. I am very very glad that I was at Estetica, and I really recommend this clinic to you for your hair implants.

They are not competent, they employ people who are not professional, who do not respect anyone. I see the difference, I live in Switzerland!
My interlocutor spoke disrespectfully, insulted, if you think that with such people you will find customers, Never! I recorded the conversation, and you can see that I applied to your clinic, but then another person took care of me, and I changed my mind about filing a complaint.

The hair transplant has completely failed, the donor zone has been destroyed, my head no longer looks like anything. The worst thing is that they shift the blame to their patient, because we did not respond to their first email (automatically sent to all patients), these are butchers who did not even bother to respond to demand an explanation, I know at least 10 people here in Belgium who are completely dissatisfied with their transplants (done by young girls only 20 years old). They don't react to people. Don't go to them, that's my advice. Feel free to contact me for explanations or photos if you need proof.
I had a nasal rhinoplasty operation at the Estethica istanbul clinic, everything was very well organized in the preoperative phase, I was warmly received at the clinic and they took good care to provide all the information on waiting times, confidentiality, anesthesia.
The room and meals were impeccable and the organization of transfers that were always on time.
All the time I spent in the hospital, a French translator helped me.

Run away! The hair transplant completely failed on Mr. Saker Jamil in June 2018! The guarantee was not binding to anything, since Aesthetics refuses to admit its mistakes!!!!!
Nevertheless, Mr. Asker continues to try to negotiate with them, hoping that by some miracle they will agree to work with a guarantee
