this hospital is absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting for the results of my daughter's biopsy for 3 and a half weeks. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have found out that they couldn't get her results because we had a balance due, even though we paid 3 times while we were there. Not to mention that you can't even pay online. You have to pay in full and then wait again. totally unprofessional.
It is a very successful hospital in many ways. Of course, there are times when it could be better. Inadequate directions in the garden, it is difficult for a foreigner to find a destination. A little confused about which unit where. While some doctors are very moody, some of them are very interested in an institution of this level, of course, this is normal. It will be much more convenient for us if the code is questioned and the temperature is measured at the input.
I am very pleased as soon as people show interest in you. Everyone, from doctors to security staff, greets you with a smile and approaches your problem-oriented approach. It has a very smooth structure. One of the rare clean hospitals I've ever seen. Those who expect it to be crowded and dirty in general, but it is very clean and not crowded. I think it employs the best, most equipped and qualified doctors and staff among university hospitals. To solve problems, we have to help each other. Health is a difficult and patient situation. I couldn't praise this hospital enough. My husband recently underwent surgery for tongue and neck cancer and is about to start radiation therapy. We live in Alanya, 140 kilometers from Antalya, but the treatment was incredible. Thank you to all the medical staff and everyone else for what you have done and continue to do for my Husband. Any nationalities who have any doubts about treatment in Turkey, please do not think about it. Life would be wonderful if none of us needed hospital treatment, unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Appointment systems are mediocre for patient care. A lot of patients are kept in sight. Not enough doctors can take care of this. He says, wait for those who are interested, let my teacher see it.
