Not a clinic, but a madhouse. They called to register a child (3 months) for an appointment with a pediatric surgeon. They called Fri to make an appointment for Sat (the next day).We arrived 70 km away, as a result, it turned out that the girl from the call center made a mistake and we drove in vain. And you won't find the ends.
The doctors at the clinic are good. Professional. The clinic is nice, pleasant, clean. It's a pleasure to walk with a child. Only girls from the registry, this is a separate topic. Compared to the branch on Osharskaya, they are certainly smiling. But the manner of communication with patients leaves much to be desired. It would also not hurt them to take a course in office management to understand how to properly issue documents.

I had surgery to remove a lipoma on my back. I chose a doctor based on reviews on the clinic's website. The operation itself did not last long, 15-20 minutes. But everything else (bandages, wound treatment, suture removal) was remotely, that is, online. Yes, the doctor was in touch at any time, but!! we had to perform all postoperative procedures on our own. Question: what did I pay 9000r for? The result: after a week of independent dressings, I was forced to go to a surgeon in a free polyclinic at my place of residence, because the wound was not healing. At the same time, the operating doctor online said that everything was OK. For another week, I was treated by a polyclinic doctor. In fact, he did all the postoperative work that the operating doctor was obliged to do. Disappointed.
The time for the client is 30 minutes. The responsiveness of the doctor, explains clearly. The clinic is good. The administrators are friendly and kind.
