Patient feedback on treatment:

I had an aneurysm in my head and went to Krupp Hospital for treatment on the recommendation of my neurologist. I am extremely excited. The staff is very attentive. Doctors, very sensitive and competent, answer any question, take excellent care of the entire operation process. Conclusion for me, with my diagnosis, this hospital is the best thing that could have happened to me.
Top-top-top
Station 7 D: I was there from 05/28/21 for five days, after my cesarean section, and despite the problems with breastfeeding, I found myself very good. The sisters were all extremely kind. Some of the nurses (those who were on duty several times), the station management and the breastfeeding consultant earned special praise there. Benevolent and intercessory words during the stay, as well as at parting, did very well and built. There is a clear recommendation from me.
Best wishes for the station!
I was very well received in the emergency department after I was brought in by ambulance. I felt in good hands. Then he was transferred to the department of neurology, which I again found not very good (or, rather, to the secretariat of the neurological station).
5 Stars for ENT department of station 2B. Whether it's doctors, nurses or other staff, everyone loves and is helpful to seeehr. They take you and your illness seriously and give themselves every effort to understand the illness and error in the system. "And you guys," he said, "just don't tell me that you have everything you need-and don't pay attention to the fact that I don't know how to do it. For lunch, I would, in my experience of 2 days, give a star. Which I'm truly sorry about. Otherwise, it's a really great hospital. There even every bed has its own TV. Beautiful bathrooms and everything is clean and well maintained. Respect!!!!! You don't like being in the hospital, but it's really good for you here. Thank you all for the affectionate treatment. You still treat your patients like people!!!!
Emergency department is not recommended! A person is ridiculed if he wants to have blood taken from him while lying down, because otherwise he falls (phobia), and the symptoms are downplayed, he is not really interested in complaints. As a patient, you want to be taken seriously when you are in severe pain. Treatment was canceled due to bullying. The acquaintance now hopes to hold out until Monday to see a competent doctor. Very, very poor, and the doctor's name will be remembered.
"THE BEST" in all fields (doctors, nursing services, examinations, research and education)

Here they could help me to return to a normal and symptom-free life within 5 days, which other doctors and clinics could not/did not want for 11 years.

I was examined very carefully, even examinations that did not correspond to the usual symptoms were done to find the cause.

Thank you for the care of doctors regarding the investigation of the causes of my long-standing complaints.

Thank you for everything!
Never again!
My relative is 91 years old, he is fully oriented and is a private patient hospitalized with suspected venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
In the emergency department, none of the examinations carried out were explained, even when asked (example: the patient did not know that before taking blood from the earlobe to check oxygen saturation, it was necessary to apply an ointment that improves blood circulation, which, of course, burns like hell. No explanation other than the blood sample itself. When the patient asks: "We have to do it this way."
After the exams, which ended around eleven-thirty, she lay in the infernally draughty corridor of the emergency department for another five hours without food and, much worse, without drinking! After no one showed up to move her bed to the ward (Gereatri), she was transferred to a wheelchair and taken with her. During the trip, the nurse scolded her several times for feeling that the patient was preventing her from pushing the wheelchair.
In the ward - arrival there at four thirty, a patient from breakfast in a nursing home without food and liquids - the requested single room was refused. (Of course, I guaranteed a private extra payment.) My repeated attempts on the phone have yielded nothing. Despite renewed efforts, I never got to the doctor I was referred to. He didn't even contact me. The reason for the refusal in a single room was not specified (except: "We don't do this here." or "we don't have anything like that here.")
The patient urgently needs a single room due to overexcitation and sleep disorders. She was quickly beaten by her roommate, who snored unbearably loudly, and also woke up my relatives several times during the night because she wanted to call her sister, but could not find the call button and needed help.
Towels and soap were provided to the patient only on the second day at noon and only upon request. Until then, no one cared about personal hygiene.
Five days later, the patient, who had spent the night, completely exhausted, returned home. She asked me to make sure that she never had to go to this hospital again.
After all, everyone in the geriatric ward was very friendly, both nurses and doctors. The stages of examination and treatment were described in detail there. And the food was good. There is nothing to report about the success of treatment, since the examinations did not reveal any results requiring treatment.
My relatives do not suffer from dementia and are not inclined to complain, they told me about all this, as far as I could not see it myself, reliably and in detail, without exaggerated self-pity.
I was in hospital in Ward 4D for a week. I had an operation for a cavernoma. Dr. Site and Dr. Jones operated on me. And they took care of me shortly before the joint, and the doctor sat with me in the intensive care unit and asked how I was doing. I felt like I was in good hands. The doctors and nurses in the intensive care unit, as well as in Ward 4D, were just great. I always came back and got sick.
I advise everyone who needs to be treated there as an inpatient to look for another hospital! The staff who were in charge of my ward had almost nothing to do with it. From Friday to Sunday, presumably, there are no doctors in the house for patients with pain. I am not an emergency because I only get pain when the joint moves. On weekends, according to the statement of 2 nurses, only emergency situations are treated, I should wait for the next day, maybe then the doctor will have time (this statement was almost literally after I repeatedly indicated that I already needed a doctor for 27 hours). Since I could only do my applications to a very limited extent, I hope it won't have a negative impact on my healing process! I don't even want to start with my mobile phone, which was locked in a closet by the staff in my room with a lock, and then disappeared after the operation. I was able to describe this man, and then suddenly he reappeared. Please go somewhere else!
When it comes down to it, the emergency department is working. After an acute emergency was detected, I was quickly referred/transferred to the emergency department through the emergency service located in the hospital. From that moment on, the process went smoothly and quickly in an emergency. Treatment in the department has always been excellent within the given workload/circumstances. I always had a feeling that the priorities were set correctly. During the subsequent treatment, I accordingly realized (from my own experience) that appointments can be delayed due to acute cases.
08/21/21 went to the intensive care unit with a broken leg. It all took a long time, and I realized it too. When they sent me for an X-ray later, I waited for about an hour, but they didn't call me. About an hour later, a lady came, who, according to my estimates, was about 50. The woman's appearance and name were German compared to my name and appearance. After waiting 10 minutes, a woman was called. When I said then that I had waited much longer, they only said, "Yes, what should I do?" "I had to wait another hour. When I was taken for an X-ray after more than 2 hours, and the employee spoke judiciously about it 2 times, she pretended not to hear me. This is not how you should act. with people, and, above all, not with patients. No one should tell me that something like this could happen because the hospital is poorly staffed, as all the other staff were very, very friendly. If you can't deal with people and, perhaps, also under stress, you should change jobs.
A very professional hospital. Good medical care from the very beginning. The doctors are competent and responsive. Even the food is delicious and varied!

Great
Neurosurgery: A few days ago I had surgery due to a massive herniated disc. I felt good, both from the doctors and from the care, maintenance and cleaning staff... everyone is competent and friendly.
The food was also always very good and varied (vegetarian). I recommend it.
In case of an emergency, I was taken to a drug dispensary and I was very happy, the doctors and nurses were incredibly friendly and made me feel safe. However, due to pregnancy, I was placed in the gynecological department. My future child was also regularly monitored there. All the doctors, midwives and nurses were incredibly friendly and listened to questions and helped. The rooms were clean and great because of the double occupancy. Based on my experience, I decided to give birth in the Alphard Group.
I have undergone surgery on the lumbar spine and so far I am satisfied. Each person's pain is different, as is the healing process.
I had my own room in Ward 6D. The room was cleaned regularly, the food is really good, and most importantly, the nurses and nurses are just great. Always friendly and competent.
The cabin is very cozy and free of charge "normal" coffee, still and carbonated water. Plus free Wi-Fi.
I can only recommend the hospital, especially Ward 6D.
A very good hospital !!
- A very friendly surgical team
- The department has always tried to help you and have always been very friendly.
- the food was good too
- The doctors were always very friendly and always explained everything very well.
In general, a very pleasant stay in the hospital... with a successful operation!
Thank you for a pleasant time !!!!
I found Professor Graetz to be a very competent, experienced and dedicated therapist with a wide range of knowledge beyond his area of expertise. Staff: experienced and friendly. The question arises why it is necessary to close this particular department.
Surgeons are especially good, but, unfortunately, not the staff in the department. One especially on V3, which should not be the case when you are treated like this after surgery.
Good afternoon.
After I write the assessment, I will write to the Federal Ministry of Health.
We are talking about Department 4 D, neurosurgery. My husband was called 14 days ago, on Wednesday he was admitted to the hospital, on Thursday - for surgery. In the end, he wasn't on the work schedule, so he returned home. Last week it finally worked, on Friday he had surgery.
Now the following case has occurred, last night after 22:00 a doctor came with an antibiotic... Allegedly, due to the resumption of microbial formation in the afternoon, a decision was made.
Now he is back in the operating room due to an incorrectly installed screw.
I wanted to make an appointment with a nurse with a surgeon by phone or in person. I got the answer that this is not possible. You are not a doctor's office. Wait.
I said it's only allowed for 1 hour because of Corona, your answer..... that's not your problem.
I think it's an outrage like my
Sister was treated.
I have every right to want to see a doctor. For almost 14 days you feel completely deprived, no one is responsible for this... these are the best excuses at the moment.
I gave birth to my son there on February 22, 2021 - it was a very good birth. The midwives were always there for me, they talked to me and encouraged me. My husband and I felt very comfortable. The midwife did a great job. If I have another child, I will give birth there again
My wife gave birth to a baby today at the Alfred Krupp Hospital.
From the recording to the family room, it went great.
Many thanks to Lotte's midwives (I do not know if I can call them by name) for respecting their work, and I really like being so friendly, calm and empathetic in this situation. Hats off!
This is a compliment to the maternity ward team, thank you!
