How it works
Patient feedback on treatment:
Aster CMI Hospital in Bangalore (India)
The Nutrition Department is also very attentive to your needs, patients are provided with a full meal according to their requirements, Mr. Rajesh makes sure that the food is delivered on time and offers a variety of options from which you can choose.
Thanks to everyone at ASTER CMI.
Thanks to all the staff, especially Sangeet, Dr. Kala and, medical staff Anita, Anju, Princi, Chili, the service staff of Nagomi, Baby, Amaravati, who provided the best treatment and support during our stay for my wife.
Care: Medical staff on the 5th floor (where we were placed) he was absolutely devoted to his work, very respectful and responsive. Each of them was ready to support us.
The angels who helped us during our stay are Sister Anita Das, Shruti, Amrita, Sonam, Gia and Nurse Sis Sheela.
I noticed that they were overworked, probably due to an increase in the number of patients or fewer medical staff. Maybe you need to look at the ratio of the number of patients and nurses.
Cleaning and maintenance staff: the cleaning was on time, and the room and toilet were always kept clean and tidy.
Our blessing was the support staff, Ms. Gautami... she was so helpful and helped my mom as if she were her own mother... absolute respect for her compassionate support ❤
Safety: they strictly followed the covid protocol and did not allow visitors ... although it annoyed people who wanted to visit, personally it was the best... which helped my mom get rid of stress and infection.
Nutritionist: An effective team... we communicated with Pravalika, who patiently listened to our problems regarding food and diet restrictions, and was available in watsapp for all requests and suggestions. She provided a clear connection with the catering team.
Food and Bev team: just like in any other hospital.. The food in Aster is also below average (odorless, tasteless - maybe they are being asked to cook bad food so that patients go home sooner ;-)) Despite this, I would like to call the staff Vittal and Santosh.. who were very kind and helped provide a variety of options during breakfast, lunch and dinner to break the monotony of eating one dish (tasteless). The postoperative period requires mild diets, and they were available on time, and it took personal efforts to check the quality and taste of the food, as well as explain. Their superior Krishnappa also regularly checked.
When I came to the hospital for a doctor's appointment, the nurse asked me to wait and call me. An hour later, when I asked when I could see a doctor, she told me that you had not provided your case and now she would be standing in line. A pathetic way to manage.
H. K. Shantama did a good job. Aishwarya from PR helped. Thank you Aster
Thanks to Dr. Sapsan Lulla for the guidance.
The hospital followed all covid protocols right from the entrance. Neat and clean, I must say, a well-maintained hospital.
The entire management team we faced was good.
