Patient feedback on treatment:
Aster CMI Hospital in Bangalore (India)

We publish only real reviews
Very good. The best doctors are Trained Certified nurses, nurse assistance, staff safety, especially Cardiology Dr. Pradeep Kumar
I had a sad experience in Aster Hebbal ... The doctors who treated my mom, the staff and the sisters are really terrible people with the worst character, except that they yell at us and swear in front of other patients... Employees who change diapers, we have to run after them to change the patient's diapers, and if we got them, they will take revenge on us without cleaning the ward and changing the sheets... I want to especially mention the nurses in the general department of the 1st Flora, because they are terrible women, they do not know how to treat people, they torture patients and yell at patients all the time.. No manners and no decency at all ... The worst sister is Eva ... she has no heart of love and care
The overall experience of treatment, medical staff, medical staff is wonderful. There is no better place than Aster for any small or large medical treatment. Right from the moment of admission to discharge, not a single trouble, dear management. Thank you Aster Family for all the worries and worries. Long live life with great success.
I don't recommend this hospital. this is the worst hospital in my entire life. It's worse than a public hospital. Very irresponsible doctors, as well as staff. No proper treatment is given. For whatever reason you go there, you get a lot more complications at discharge. Just because of fever and dizziness, they billed 32,000 in just half a day.
I had a very bad experience. They have excellent infrastructure and excellent doctors, but terrible administration. I thought it was a good alternative for Columbia Asia... but with experience, I feel Columbia Asia is much better.
a very good hospital, and the treatment was absolutely very good, and the medical staff is also very good
One of the best hospitals in Bangalore with modern equipment and excellent staff who will take care of all the needs of all patients going to the hospital.
Nice, clean hospital, with great food. It may be a little more expensive than in other places, but since most of us have health insurance, it shouldn't be a problem. The nurses and doctors are very friendly, and the conditions in the hospital are very good.
One of the best hospitals with zero idea of time and discipline. There is no understanding of the time and destination, despite the fact that you have made an appointment in advance. Making patients wait for hours
A terrible experience. Senior doctors are only interested in surgical matters. My father was taken here after the fall, X-rays and MRI were taken, but doctors could not determine the fracture of the spine... Stay away
I was placed in this institution with multiple complications, I was correctly diagnosed and tested. A good institution, round-the-clock watching smiling doctors, good visitors, hygienic rooms, neat toilets, and the best food in the dining room. I only stayed five days. I am happy and satisfied.
The best hospital in Bangalore. Our sincere and kind thanks to Dr. Edwina Raj (Senior Manager - Nutritionist/Nutritionist), we have never met a doctor who would treat a patient so kindly. Attentively listens to all our questions and professionally takes care of the needs of patients. She has an experienced team and I would blindly recommend anyone to consult her regarding dietary requirements. Thank you for your valuable guidance, Doctor.
I visited Aster for a consultation in the ENT department, and then the operation, consulted with Dr. Girish Anand, who is a very helpful and cheerful person, exactly the way you want to see a doctor, with accurate diagnosis and treatment guidance, an impeccable insurance procedure, the ENT Coordinator Vidya made the discharge process after the consultation very simple and very effective. Excellent medical staff on the 4th floor with regular care, Vijaya, Rakshita, Raji and Visakha were always available. In addition, the service staff is very caring and strict security measures in a place where Lakshmi from the security service was vigilant and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
The Nutrition Department is also very attentive to your needs, patients are provided with a full meal according to their requirements, Mr. Rajesh makes sure that the food is delivered on time and offers a variety of options from which you can choose.
Thanks to everyone at ASTER CMI.
My son is admitted for a major surgery here. The surgery went very well. He was put in ICU. Doctors understanding of the problem is commendable and treatment to the problem is spot on. I've seen the best diagnosis ever by the Doctors here. Nurses took care of my son very well. They helped my son in every aspect of his recovery. Their support is tremendous and laudable. Great job and kudos to the entire team of Aster CMI Hospital.
One of the best hospitals in Bangalore with all the necessary amenities in one place. Special thanks to our gynecologist and consultant Dr. Sujata.
Thanks to all the staff, especially Sangeet, Dr. Kala and, medical staff Anita, Anju, Princi, Chili, the service staff of Nagomi, Baby, Amaravati, who provided the best treatment and support during our stay for my wife.
One of my relatives was placed in the LDRP ward for her delivery. We have a very good experience there. The medical staff was very good and provided her with excellent care during childbirth. I would like to thank all the staff for such a wonderful experience.
Myself and Wife went to CMI Aster Sahakaranagar location for executive health checkup as fixed by my employer Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. We went to A2 Health Checkup Counter. The Staff were very cordial and very much polite and helpful from the  registration stage to final consultation with the Physician. Through out the process they guided and helped us very well. Every department we visited was also very comfortable and cordial. The services were excellent!!!
Ita a very good hospital, my mom had an sudden history of loss of consciousness and was taken to emergency immediately.. I should tell you the quick response I got from the emergency dept it was too quick and fast.. Dr pradeep kumar the best interventional cardiologist has great knowledge and about the subject highly skilled and is very very patient friendly.. he came down even though it was Sunday and treated my mom with a pacemaker.. after she was shifted to wards Sisters were too good and very polite and helpful especially Sr Vijaya who took care of my mom like her family member.. and the 4th floor PR MOHD SHAFI is too good to ask us about our grievances or any improvements to be done if any.. he was good too..even insurance staff Mr Ravikiran and Mr Vijay were very helpful throughout and they were the best and friendly guys in the department..my only one issue was with the insurance I took that's STAR HEALTH INSURANCE very very bad please do not go for STAR health insurance as they make you run around like slaves and dogs and will not claim your benefits.. they just say cashless but no they won't give u any even after I submitted series of documents asked for.. they just don't budge..kindly never go for this STAR health insurance.. I'm still waiting for them to clear my insurance with all discharge process completely done.. just waiting for these guys to clear it.. overall hospital experience is too good and I'm really happy n would advice anyone n anytime to go for this hospital in case of any emergency..
My father was hospitalized at Aster CMI and underwent his neurosurgical operation under the guidance of Dr. Santosh and his team, is recovering very well and has been in the 5th floor ward ever since. Special thanks to Dr. Santosh and his team for their brilliant efforts. I would also like to thank the teams of Sisters Sonam and Artie for their help and care. I would also like to thank nurses Ganesh Soni and Pavan for their constant support and care provided to my father. Thanks TeamMaster
My daughter-in-law underwent a serious operation on her left shoulder. The service we received from the medical staff was excellent. Especially Ms. Nageswari (responsible medical staff), Ms. Atkul, Ms. Surekha, Ms. Ninu, they took care of a lot in a timely manner. Everyone is well trained, very polite, courteous service. The security staff of Ms. Ayan is just amazing care. God bless you all. Excellent service ...
Neurology: My mom had a craniotomy, and the entire surgical team, led by Dr. Santosh, was efficient and thorough. The operation and postoperative recovery were clearly explained to us. I am very pleased with the care provided during our stay at Aster CMI.
Care: Medical staff on the 5th floor (where we were placed) he was absolutely devoted to his work, very respectful and responsive. Each of them was ready to support us.
The angels who helped us during our stay are Sister Anita Das, Shruti, Amrita, Sonam, Gia and Nurse Sis Sheela.
I noticed that they were overworked, probably due to an increase in the number of patients or fewer medical staff. Maybe you need to look at the ratio of the number of patients and nurses.
Cleaning and maintenance staff: the cleaning was on time, and the room and toilet were always kept clean and tidy.
Our blessing was the support staff, Ms. Gautami... she was so helpful and helped my mom as if she were her own mother... absolute respect for her compassionate support ❤
Safety: they strictly followed the covid protocol and did not allow visitors ... although it annoyed people who wanted to visit, personally it was the best... which helped my mom get rid of stress and infection.
Nutritionist: An effective team... we communicated with Pravalika, who patiently listened to our problems regarding food and diet restrictions, and was available in watsapp for all requests and suggestions. She provided a clear connection with the catering team.
Food and Bev team: just like in any other hospital.. The food in Aster is also below average (odorless, tasteless - maybe they are being asked to cook bad food so that patients go home sooner ;-)) Despite this, I would like to call the staff Vittal and Santosh.. who were very kind and helped provide a variety of options during breakfast, lunch and dinner to break the monotony of eating one dish (tasteless). The postoperative period requires mild diets, and they were available on time, and it took personal efforts to check the quality and taste of the food, as well as explain. Their superior Krishnappa also regularly checked.
My father had to undergo hernia surgery. The whole process of hospitalizing patients for billing and nurse care, as well as postoperative care and consultations, was very well thought out and amazing. Dr. Farook was very attentive and met expectations from the first day of our consultation. Special thanks for guiding us well. The infirmary on the 4th floor of the Wine Hospital was very caring and paid attention to every detail so that my father felt at ease. No hassle in 48 hours of hospital stay. Cleaning and security Sunita, Hemant and Lakshmi helped a lot to make this place hygienic and safe during COVID times, so the mind was calm. The night staff consistently checked the sugar and blood pressure test, and all mandatory checks before and after operations were carried out with T. For people in North Bangalore, I would recommend Aster CMI.
The doctors are very good, the facilities are good. But the management is very poor, they don't have a proper token system and they send patients to see a doctor at their discretion. They will keep you waiting for hours, there is no proper appointment system.
When I came to the hospital for a doctor's appointment, the nurse asked me to wait and call me. An hour later, when I asked when I could see a doctor, she told me that you had not provided your case and now she would be standing in line. A pathetic way to manage.
All the services at Aster CMI were excellent. I am happy with the treatment of Dr. Harish Kumar, who treated my son. Special thanks to all the doctors and medical staff who were very polite and caring. Nurse Rajeshwari did an excellent job.
H. K. Shantama did a good job. Aishwarya from PR helped. Thank you Aster
Very good service from the medical staff, cleaning, catering and other departments. All visits to the doctor take place on time, the medical staff is excellent, cleanliness is taken care of from time to time, the quality of food is equally good, and all managers also accept your contribution to the services provided.
I was admitted to Aster Hospital where I was treated by Dr. Ravi Gopal Varma and Dr. Nirmala. A great team of doctors who have a very positive outlook on things, and the same thing is transmitted to the patient. The staff at the operation center, in particular Coordinator Ms. Girijashetti, Nurse Bhavani and Assistant Megha, who helped me throughout my stay in the hospital and after the operation, require special mention for their patience and dedication. The intensive care staff of Shyamalan and I think the School need special mention for their support. The anesthesiologist supported me very much, and I am very grateful to them. Overall, I had a good experience in the hospital, including the ward.. Many thanks to the whole team.
My wife gave birth at the Aster CMI Hebel Hospital, and we were there for 3 days, and our gynecologist Dr. Sapna Lula referred us to this hospital. Dr. Sapna Lula, who took the most care of my wife throughout her journey from conception to childbirth. The journey was no less than a rollercoaster ride after the delivery, when my wife moved into the room and my little angel was in the intensive care unit.
Thanks to Dr. Sapsan Lulla for the guidance.
The hospital followed all covid protocols right from the entrance. Neat and clean, I must say, a well-maintained hospital.
The entire management team we faced was good.
