Shame! It's unbelievable, the secretaries pick up the phone and hang up, even making an appointment is cruelty, the hospital is old and neglected! During the discharge from the hospital at the price we talked about before the operation, they asked for another 1150 TL of money. Additional material was used. They also cut the donation bill, don't mess with this place.
A private hospital with the appearance of a public hospital .. Unfortunately, you have the same right as your financial situation.. However, specialist doctors in their field are good enough and experienced enough to fill this gap...

I think this is one of the hospitals that best applies the appointment system. In particular, their attention to the pandemic process and cleaning the hospital in compliance with general hygiene rules is number 10.
If you have made an appointment with a doctor whose name I will not name, be prepared to wait for hours. For example, someone who had an appointment at 13:30 was delivered to the room at exactly 18:10. The people waiting here are people with serious problems; some people are anxiously waiting for test results, some come after surgery, and sometimes they wait with pain. They make these people wait for hours, and patients who come to this doctor for a long time will come to terms with the situation, and they say, "this always happens." There is no logical explanation for keeping people in a closed hall for 4-5 hours, especially during a pandemic. In short, if you are going to make an appointment here, be prepared to spend half a day waiting in this hall. Bashkent Hospital, doctors and staff are very concerned, attentive and solution-oriented. The only hospital I go to safely whenever I need it. Thanks to all the people, Mr. Haberal, who works faithfully in a small field. His well-organized, coordinated interdepartmental work is always focused on the person and the patient. Assoc. Dr. Nurettin Suna saw an emergency situation with my son and prevented his jaundice by performing an endoscopy. He took care of him during his hospitalization, thanks to him. Assoc. Dr. Hussein Onur Aydin, on the other hand, restored my son's health by performing an operation on the gallbladder. Both doctors are good people and thanks to the example of a very good doctor. I also have my own doctor. Assoc. Dr. Ali Kemal Oguz diagnosed and treated my FMF disease, which could not be diagnosed for many years, I am very interested, care and love, and I am lucky, as well as an associate professor. I am grateful to Dr. Elif Kupeli. Together, such good and successful doctors are not a coincidence. All hospital staff, especially nurses, work very selflessly.
