I would like to thank the staff for their interest and care.... the best hospital I can definitely recommend.... everything has a price, the service has a price... doctors deserve it ... there is a lot of interest in the hospital ... and there's nothing wrong with that. It's nice that they take care of everything, from medical workers to cleaners.
A hospital that really lives up to its name. Every time we come to Buruni Hospital, we feel a sense of security and relief after the medical institutions to which we were forced to turn out of necessity and which look at a Person as a biological entity or a client and are focused solely on making a profit. I am one of those who think that ingenuity deserves compliments. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to all our doctors, medical staff and staff (especially Ms. Bethul) who take care of us in Buruni and make us, patients and their relatives, feel like people.
We signed up for an eye exam for my wife, and when we asked the call center staff if our private health insurance was valid, we were informed that our private health insurance was valid. When we went to the hospital about 3 hours later, they said that our private health insurance was invalid for the doctor we had signed up for, it was valid for other doctors, and they demanded a fee. When we objected, the patient's rights were stated: "You make the payment, after viewing the phone conversations, we will refund your fee if you were provided with false information!" They stated that after 2-3 weeks they could not access their phone records due to a technical problem and therefore could not provide a solution regarding the refund. However, they said that we can use a service that we don't want to use for free and offered it as a solution. We have a problem and they are helping us by offering a method. However, the method they propose doesn't work because of the problem they caused, and besides, they say that when we object again, how will we know that you are telling the truth. So, this is a complete chain of errors that you will understand. Please make sure of the methods you suggest, or don't harass people, inform people properly.
I spent 2 hours trying to get to a safe place in the hospital, the reception staff is completely unrelated, everything is slow, and money is a hospital, and you are most likely to get infected with coronavirus, because there is no distance between those who come for the test.
Since the hospital is not as big as some hospitals, it seems small to you, but you really feel how important and valuable it is with its services, branch and quality. I used to be in the department of physiotherapy and neurosurgery, from the cafeteria, even the staff of the hospital floor helped me a lot

Hello, I want to summarize: I speak to hospitals as a person who does not trust at all because of what we know, the news and hear; this is a very busy hospital, but they are trying their best. We were hospitalized for two days because of the operation, and they all help with a nurse, hygiene staff, kitchen staff. It's enough to ask once. Your demands are not postponed. they are implemented to solve the problem instantly. Here I want to thank them all separately. The nurses are very delicate and kind.
