By the way, the impressions from the clinic and the medical staff are the most positive. If possible, I will undergo rehabilitation there

Nursing staff: Always been very nice, helpful and very friendly. I have always felt in good hands as a patient in ward N2. Thank you very much! 4.) Medical Team: was developed by Dr. Forland works. A great doctor who knows how to rid his patients of fear. The preliminary examination went perfectly and the operation went perfectly. I also found the post-surgery care extremely pleasant. I would like to emphasize that Dr. Vorlander appeared in my room the night before, although the operation was only a day later. The anesthesiologist also looked after me every day. Run great; Absolutely the right decision! 5.) Hygiene: My room was very good, but unfortunately not clean. In the bathroom in particular, poor hygiene was a problem. My "previous tenant's" hair was still all over the floor. I'd be annoyed on vacation, but that's not possible for a hospital. If you experience how rooms are cleaned every day, I wouldn't be surprised that there are "hospital germs". In my opinion, actions are extremely necessary here! For this reason, only four stars out of five. Ultimately, the only thing I can complain about is hygiene. However, the appointed chief physician did not appear for the operation, so the young assistant for further training, without the supervision of a specialist, began the operation with an incision in the neck. A few months later, my husband had to undergo emergency surgery due to a heart defect. When investigating the causes, copies of the patient records of the Frankfurt Civil Hospital were requested. X-rays of the heart were "lost in the mail" at the Bürgerhospital. They did not create or send copies. It's good that earlier we took a copy that clearly showed severe heart disease on the day of the operation. The copy of the medical record contained sheets from another patient, as well as masked or closed passages. Some pages were also completely missing. To date, the Frankfurt Civil Hospital has not allowed my husband to personally check the originals, even if they are legally required to do so. Therefore, I cannot recommend the Bürgerhospital Frankfurt. If there is no other way, you must insist on knowing who will eventually perform the operation. The staff are trying their best, but in my opinion, those who are responsible for managing the Frankfurt Civic Hospital are not capable and overloaded with organization. This score also reflects a lot of complaints here at Google. The staff is completely overwhelmed and therefore often annoyed. This also leads to unstable conditions in this hospital, which can be read on this page. We were with our 3-year-old daughter at an eye surgery in the city center - it was all spontaneous because she had a rusting particle in her cornea. Both the preliminary negotiations and the operation under general anesthesia were competent and friendly, always taking into account the child. We got the first appointment in the morning because she was supposed to be sober, and in fact everything was going like clockwork. We were allowed to return home at noon. ...I really had a feeling that my child was in good hands. In all my visits to the hospital, I have never seen such an unfriendly radiologist as today, June 21, 2019, at 8:45 pm. The bad thing is that the hospital employee is known for this and that the hospital management does nothing about it. An employee of the X-ray department attacked my daughter so rudely that he may be glad that he does not need to do an X-ray now. How can you tolerate such an unfriendly employee in the hospital for so long? Bürgerhospital management You have to do something about it. Especially when all employees know about it.

On August 29, 2019, my entire thyroid gland was removed. I was released after only three days. There have been no complaints yet, the scar has healed perfectly. Looks like it's drawn.
