A huge waiting time after an accident at work, despite the loss of consciousness and constant dizziness and nausea, we were only told that we should wait! Then, after 4 hours of waiting, they said that it was normal that someone had dizziness and nausea, and they were discharged again, no examination, not to mention any injuries, was recorded! It cost us 4 hours.
My partner was very well helped, the orthopedic department team is very good here, especially Dr. Wolf, a very good doctor who devotes a lot of time to his patients. We have never seen a doctor who can personally call a patient. Many thanks to the whole team.
So far, I can only report the positive. I was in dermatology. All the ladies at the reception, as well as the doctors are very nice and take care of us. Even under extreme stress, everyone is friendly. I haven't seen this before :)
Unfriendly, bad meetings and long waiting times. Dermatologists are incompetent.
It is impossible to make an appointment. The call is disconnected after you are asked to try again later.
My doctor removed 3 moles. They were very small, now I have huge craters, and my back is completely curved. Even after 4 years, the result looks just awful. Very unprofessional!
A very good orthopedic emergency department and a very good orthopedic department. Pleasant and competent doctors and nurses. Many thanks for the very good care, treatment and explanatory discussions.
I sincerely thank this hospital! In 2015, my brother came to this clinic. Even when it was already clear that his brother would no longer live, doctors and nurses took wonderful care of him. We felt completely understood and were not alone with grief. The same could not be said about the Gelsenkirchen hospital, where Ma was previously. If my brother had been treated right away in this hospital, he would have been alive.
Good organization, including with regard to the covid. At the reception, you first need to fill out the crown form and measure the temperature. Everything was very hygienic, even for the handles there were two containers "used" and "new". Friendly staff and good doctors. The parking fee is also reasonable.
Dermatological department of the polyclinic. Nice staff. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes you have to wait, as it happens in the clinic. It's all good.
