I had an operation in ward 21B. The whole team of doctors was always close to the patients and was very competent.
The nurses and the entire medical staff were always friendly and competent, despite the sometimes severe stress, and always tried to give each patient the necessary attention, even if it was not always easy for them.
Looking back, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff of Department 21B for their kind and friendly attitude.

My husband was operated on last night, I called the hospital and did not receive information about the ward where he was lying. In my opinion, this is arrogance. Although my husband asked me to inform him how the operation went.
I went to this hospital at midnight because I had stroke symptoms, when I got there, everyone was dismissive and rude. The doctor in the ward asked me: "What were you hoping for when you came here in the middle of the night?"
I told him I wanted to know why I had symptoms, he barely examined me and said, "How can I tell you the reason at 12 o'clock in the morning? You should go to your home doctor."
I was speechless and left.
This doctor was the rudest and most ignorant person I saw in that hospital.
I had to go all the way to leave in less than 5 minutes without any diagnosis.
I told him I wanted to know why I had symptoms, he barely examined me and said, "How can I tell you the reason at 12 o'clock in the morning? You should go to your home doctor."
I was speechless and left.
This doctor was the rudest and most ignorant person I saw in that hospital.
I had to go all the way to leave in less than 5 minutes without any diagnosis.
Due to knee arthroscopy, I spent 2 nights at the general hospital in Department 18C, Orthopedics. I would like to thank all the nurses, doctors and the rest of the staff who gave me the best possible care before, during and after the operation. In particular, the nurses were incredibly kind and caring. I felt more than in safe hands.
The doctors of the dermatological clinic were very sensitive and nice when I arrived. And they diagnosed and found a successful treatment for my complaints. Before I went to the outpatient clinic, I had complaints for several months that no doctor I had visited, as well as the emergency department of another hospital in Vienna, could not diagnose. Thank you very much!
Yesterday I was at AKH because I have a severe allergy to dental implants, and therefore I need surgery.
The doctor literally said:
"We only operate on one patient a day, I don't know why. So it will take a long time to wait. Besides, you still have beautiful teeth.
If you want the implants removed, just go to where you made them. We're not taking any chances! "
And this is in the "best" clinic in Austria.

It was only during a visit to the andrological department of the Vienna General Hospital that doctors discovered a genetic defect in me (XXY syndrome / Klinefelter syndrome). Since then, I've been getting a Testo injection every 2 months, and it's good. The only thing that does not suit me is the long waiting time in the department. You have an appointment at 11:00, for example, you arrive there at 10:30, you register, and then wait until 14:00, because there are still 50 people ahead.
