I want to share my impressions about my trip to the clinic of neurology and osteopathy. I will try to make everything clear and understandable enough, so I write on points. Perhaps someone's opinion will be useful. 1. Reason for treatment: pain in the cervical region. At the same time, I will say that I lead a sedentary lifestyle and spend all my time at the PC. The last time the pain was very strong, as if something was pinched, so I went to the doctor right away. 2. After examining, I was relieved of pain with the help of a blockade and was enrolled in manual therapy. To stop the pain, I had only 3 procedures, but I decided to continue the course. Now more for preventive purposes. In terms of price / quality ratio, I put a solid good, I will not look for other places.
Everyone who has problems with posture is here !!! I tried kinesiotaping in the clinic, it's a thing! For 6 days, the back has changed so much, while there was no tape, it was hard to keep the posture, the pain began immediately. Discomfort. We did therapy, I went with a tape for 6 days, the first day was really hard and unusual for my head and neck. But the second day is a miracle , I haven 't walked so smoothly , straight and without pain yet . After removing the tape, the effect lasts, the back is smooth, there is no pain. (and in just 6 days) Kuzbekov Azat Rishatovich , thank you very much for kinesiotaping. I think a couple of months to change the tapes and I 'll forget that I ever slouched !!!!
I came to this clinic with neck pain. The doctor conducted a competent examination and revealed cervical osteochondrosis. MRI, pills and injections were prescribed. After the MRI results, the doctor prescribed massage and exercises for the neck. After that, the pain in the neck went away. Everything is at a good level, thank you.
In April of this year I got into an accident. Fortunately, there were no casualties and serious consequences, but I was not very lucky: even after treatment, the pain in the knee joint remained. As a rehabilitation, I chose the development of joints after injuries. Many thanks to Pavel Zelinsky for the fact that I can walk without feeling pain!
