Management should pay attention to the work of administrators at the reception. For 5 years I have to go to this hospital, only because of my doctor. For all the 5 years that I have been observed here, there has not been a single positive impression. There are always problems. Where do they recruit girls at the reception? I made an appointment with a doctor, they called and said that the doctor would not take it on that day and offered to re-sign to this doctor the next day, as a result, they re-signed it to absolutely another one. How is that?!? When you call a client and offer to rewrite, well, at least look at the name and surname of the doctor. As a result, I wasted my time. We were not surprised, as always, the impression is disgusting after a visit!
I lead an active lifestyle, I always try to be on the move, and then I was chained by back pain. On the advice of a friend, I went to the center to heal my back. I came to the center, filled out the paperwork at the reception, and then they took me to a doctor's appointment. Baklanov Andrey Nikolaevich examined me, sent me for an MRI. There it turned out that I have trigeminal neuralgia. To cure this, the doctor prescribed radiofrequency ablation. I had to do it several times. The pain eventually passed, I am very glad that I can be active and mobile again!)
I went to the hospital when my lower back hurt. It hurt so much that I couldn't straighten up. During the examination, the doctor Akulova Elena Mikhailovna suggested sciatica. The MRI confirmed it. I was prescribed a course of medical blockades. It became easier after the first one, and when the whole course was over, I forgot about the pain. It was convenient to go to the clinic because it is in the center of Moscow. Elena Mikhailovna, thank you very much!

She prescribed the necessary tests, also advised to consult a urologist and a nephrologist. The treatment is still ongoing, but I feel much better at the moment, it really is. I think this is one of the best clinical hospitals in Moscow.

As a result, there was a problem of a neurological nature and thanks to Elena Mikhailovna for helping to reduce these terrible attacks to a minimum. In the center itself, I liked the fact that you can immediately visit an additional specialist (a cardiologist's consultation was needed for the final diagnosis) and do all the necessary examinations (because both the lungs and the heart were looked at, and it was necessary to remove the suspicion of a hernia in the abdominal cavity), but navigation inside the clinic is not very clear.
Bogolyubov Sergey Vladimirovich helped me get rid of urolithiasis. Thank you so much!!! A true professional in his field. I did not want to have operations performed on me at all, and Sergey Vladimirovich helped me avoid this. He prescribed me a diet and a course of medications with physical therapy. In 2.5 months, everything has passed. Now I feel great!))
03/8/2021 Horror service, irresponsible staff, came to an appointment with a female doctor, it turned out she did not just accept patients, before that there was a call to the clinic to confirm the appointment (there was a clarification by a specialist, no one warned that the doctor had a different direction), as a result, another doctor was offered with an expectation of 1 hour of time, I agreed, then at the reception I was once again clarified that another doctor actually serves for insurance, then they wrote out a referral for tests and ultrasound, at the reception I approached the staff and asked to drown the agreement on insurance before recording, expect, after that, they said yes, everything was coordinated and made reception records. Closer to the due date, I called the clinic myself to confirm the record and clarify the agreement with the insurance company - I was informed :"yes, everything is coordinated," it comes on March 8, 2021, I arrive at the clinic at 10 a.m. after spending 1.5 hours on a one-way trip, I am informed at the reception "the insurance refused"!!!!
And for a second, this is the second case!!!! exactly on Thursday, March 4, 2021, a similar situation with blood donation was, everything was coordinated, come to 8 on the skinny, I arrived after spending 1.5 before work, I had to wake up at 5 in the morning to come and I was informed that they simply did not check the agreed with the insurance before and offered to hand over 5 thousand for cash, out of the blue they are bred for additional expenses since they came “under the fool” pay....terrible service the first time I thought okay, it doesn't happen to anyone, but twice in a week... a careless attitude towards people, and after all, a clinic that should help improve health, but here it is more likely to cripple nerves!!!!!! The most interesting thing is that there are no managers, no one came out to talk, and the reception staff calmly report in the call "they simply did not double-check / did not request approval from the insurance company."......SPECIAL THANKS FOR THE SPOILED HOLIDAY ON MARCH 8TH!!!!

I got an appointment with otolaryngologist A.K. Bakulin and was very pleased. A competent, pleasant doctor, discussed everything in detail with me, explained and set the date of the operation. Everything went as comfortably as possible for me, and the result after the swelling went away was pleasantly surprised. Now I periodically go to see a doctor, we observe my condition. This doctor was advised by his boss, not so long ago he had a nose job. So I also liked the decent and professional approach.
After many attempts at conception, we went here to a reproductologist, during pregnancy planning. And thank you very much to Dr. Kotenko R.M.. We already thought to contact all the grandmothers of the healers, but here we were prescribed a competent course of treatment, and we succeeded, now I'm expecting a child :)
