A doctor who (for some reason) gives in to his complexes and becomes aggressive in the performance of his duties in a public hospital (işli Etfal). It's hard to tell if you're going to the doctor or fighting the mafia in parking lots.
He is angry at your sitting position, where you put your hands, and finds the right to suspend you from practice in front of trainee doctors, without even listening to your problem. This means that he behaves as he wants with people whose appearance and attitude towards them he does not like. (Maybe because his own appearance is perfect)
It is debatable how much you can trust a doctor who performs his duties in a research hospital in this way.
