To understand how modern the EMC clinic is, the word "for the first time"is best suited.
-
For the first time in Russia, the EMC team began performing operations using the latest generation Da Vinci HDI robotic medical complex;
-
for the first time in the history of Russian private medicine, it performed biopsies using CT/MRI;
-
forthe first time in the country, it introduced the latest generation of linear accelerators Truebem and Trilogy for the work of the radiation therapy department.
Fast and accurate diagnostics are carried out after using positron emission tomography equipment, single-photon emission computed tomography and other advanced systems. Complex equipment and responsibility for the patient require the highest professionalism from the clinic staff. The EMC doctors are a team of experts from Russia, the United States, Israel and a number of Western European countries, operating in accordance with advanced protocols adopted in Europe and the United States. The nursing staff of the clinic provides patients with round-the-clock care and comfort.

How it works
Patient feedback on treatment:
European Medical Center of EMC in Moscow (Russia)
I want to share my experience about the psychiatrist 's doctor Moon Rene Sergeevna .
Prescribes heavy drugs, including antipsychotics and tranquilizers without diagnosis.
Upon request to announce the diagnosis, refuses to comment, but continues to prescribe drugs and even increases the dose ..
All requests for diagnosis are completely ignored.
It seems that the doctor pursues financial interests .
So, complaint number 1.
Today I received 5 certificates of services rendered for other patients. And this is already a violation of the Contract on non-disclosure of medical secrets.
When I wrote about this to one of the employees, I heard in response that the system had failed and for some reason an automatic mailing was being sent to me. Are you serious? That is, my visits and diagnoses are also sent to someone.
In any other country, this would already be a matter of jurisdiction.
Complaint number 2.
We go to your clinics regularly, and we have given very large sums over the past year. I was observed during pregnancy, I was in your hospital, I gave birth, and my children are also being observed, treated and operated on. And I think that we have proved our solvency and loyalty.
Today, my daughter and I were on a preoperative visit, and also did preoperative tests.
And in the evening, without exaggeration, Within 40 minutes they called my husband 5 times and called our nanny the same number of times. I'm glad my phone isn't working at the moment.
The girl who called vaguely understood and could not really explain what she wanted. Then another call came from the assistant, and then they explained to us that the clinic assistants, and he admitted a mistake, forgot to make a transcript of the cardiogram. Good. We will pay, especially since we have two visits tomorrow, and we told the employee about it. I also asked to make a new estimate, where the transcript will be included, because I cannot make it a separate account if this is a preoperative procedure.
This morning I took directions to the reception and it was they who made a mistake, and for some reason did not make a transcript. For my part, I paid 100% of what I was told.
Hence the question, why are we disturbed in the evening by calling every 5 minutes? All family members? And why do I get an email saying that I have a debt? I paid for everything I was told and done.
The work of the finance department is, to put it mildly, lame.
This is not the first time when they forget to add procedures to the account, and then the extortion of money begins during the day.
Apparently, your clinic has no concepts not only about the concept of "medical secrecy", but also about a person's personal space.
