What can I say about the staff - from the moment of my first consultation, visit and when I left the clinic, I experienced very warm, more than friendly care and attention to all my questions, requests and concerns.
The doctors spent enough time to resolve all my questions.
Very nice girls are translators, during my stay in the clinic, the girls supported me and helped me at all stages.
Separately, I want to say about Jiwon. I really appreciated this lady. Her help and support make it impossible not to appreciate. She's cool!
Surgery.
I did a lot of procedures in one visit. Overall, the recovery went smoothly, without serious complications. Dr. Suh has done a great job with my eyes. Dr. Ha worked with my forehead, jaws and chin, and now the oval of my face pleases me very much. It is worth mentioning separately what I want to say about Dr. Ri.
I had a serious problem with my nose. Plus unsuccessful attempts to fix the nose surgically in my city ..... Most of the surgeons I consulted told me - there is no chance to help you. But I got an assurance from Dr. Ree that he could help. Now I have a beautiful, cute nose. I also need to say that after his facelift, I am 45 years old, no one gives me more than 35. And all the other operations were excellent. All the nerves of the face are intact.
I can say without a doubt that the grandiose team is professionals.
In the end, my overall experience and the results of the operation are very good. I am satisfied.

I visited the Grand for a facelift and liposuction (abdomen and thighs) 1 month ago.
It was important for me that the surgeon had sufficient experience working not only with clients from Asia, but also other nationalities.
The consultant told me that more than 50% of Grand's patients were from different countries, which means that surgeons are familiar with representatives of different races.
The head doctor was professional and patient with me when I asked a lot of questions, and the translators who helped me in everything greatly facilitated my operation. Obviously, you don't need to speak Korean to have an operation in Korea;)
I had a heart condition, so I told my surgeon about it during the initial consultation, and I was scheduled for an additional consultation with an anesthesiologist, followed by accurate examinations, which I was very encouraged.
Dr. Ri gave me liposuction and Dr. Ha gave me a facelift.
The first couple of days, of course, were uncomfortable, but not as painful as I thought.
I was recovering much faster than I expected.
I still have a tumor on both parts of the operation, so I'm not 100% sure what the result will be, but so far everything looks good and, surprisingly, not many people notice that I underwent surgery. I returned to work 1.5 weeks ago! I am still contacting my consultants in Korea to inform them about my current condition. I am very grateful to them for being so attentive, even though I left Korea.
I plan to visit them in a couple of months for follow-up during my business trip to Korea.

You should not explain what you want right before the operation, when you are hungry and thirsty because of starvation. I felt like I was pushed through the procedure, and I also wasn't given a lot of information beforehand. Emails were not answered, and it was always difficult for me to contact anyone.

I wrote to Grand about this problem some time ago, but still haven't received any response. It's like the kind of place that will happily take your money, rush through the operation, and then ignore you when you're unhappy about it. Do your research and don't believe this place!
