From the first consultation, Yagmur was extremely helpful, professional and ready to answer any of my questions. The clinic organized everything from the transfer to the airport, hotel and back and ending with other measures to combat covid-19, which I needed to fulfill. They made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. The clinic itself is very professional and hygienic. The staff handling the procedures were nice and very helpful. Overall it was a great experience and so far I am very impressed with my results. I could not recommend contacting you for sufficient advice

I was taken to the hotel and picked up the next morning for treatment, my representative did not leave me for two days while I was undergoing treatment. The rest of the team was great, everyone was very friendly, even chatted while I was undergoing treatment (with a representative translating). This month I am already 7 months after a hair transplant and I could not be more pleased with the results. I wasn't sure that I would fly from Ireland on my own and I would have to fly two flights there and back, but the team here made me feel so comfortable. Everything they promised, they gave. I didn't have to double check or question anything, even when I needed to stay at the hotel for an extra night, they still picked me up at 5am to take me to the airport. They were removed from the back of my head, but they were never used, as they did not have time to put them all in place. They told me they could do 4,000 transplants, but they lied because the doctor said they did much less than they promised me.
