I was admitted to Havelheh Hospital with excruciating migraines that have been haunting me all my life for as long as I can remember, and have intensified even more with age. I came across information that there is a clinic in Berlin where pain is treated, and immediately turned there. They helped me a lot there, the atmosphere in this clinic is absolutely indescribable, everything helps me recover there. With the help of Dr. Hirt, I learned to control the pain, and now attacks happen very rarely and are incomparable with what was before the treatment. And there they helped me to look at life in a different way. I have become calmer, I sleep better, I am less nervous. A real miracle.
I wouldn't give birth there anymore. During the birth, I was alone a lot. No midwife showed me how to breathe during labor, I was left alone in the bath and I had problems with blood circulation. I was left alone with my pain, I felt that the midwives were too busy and could not accompany me. The doctors convinced me to start stimulation without telling me about the side effects.
When making an appointment, I was persuaded to come in the morning, despite 3 hours of sleep, and I started giving birth exhausted, with a completely incomprehensible future. During childbirth, I was subjected to pain alone again and again, I was so grateful when, after 2 days, my man who accompanied the birth was finally allowed to come, and I was no longer left alone.
I expected more humane and broad support from the Anthroposophical hospital.
Which was very good:
Rooms, amenities, food, most of the staff are very friendly, changing into clothes is possible, the team of anesthesiologists is very respectful and friendly.
Please note: there is no children's intensive care unit. My child was transferred to another hospital, immediately after birth and alone with strangers in an ambulance. I was picked up only many hours later. This gap was very painful.
