Patient feedback on treatment:
Herzliya Medical Center in Herzliya (Israel)
After I was given the verdict - kidney cancer, I no longer hoped for a full life. Our doctors told me to remove the organ, which I categorically disagreed with. I started looking for help in solving this problem in Israel. I applied to the Herzliya Medical Center, where I received a high-level service. From the moment of my appeal until my departure, I was surrounded by the best of the best! I was convinced of this myself. God bless you!
Doctors and all medical staff are real professionals in their field. During the diagnosis and treatment, we were attentive and ethical.
We have never seen such high-quality service anywhere, all examinations were carried out quickly, everything according to plan. Thank you all so much for making us feel calm. Thank you for the treatment and care and for everything you have done for us.
I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the NMS Herzliya Medical Center!
Two weeks ago I had an operation to remove a third of my right kidney. Although at home – in Kazakhstan, doctors insisted on removing the kidney completely. Now I feel good, I'm recovering from surgery. I want to express my special gratitude to Professor Langer, who is both a doctor and a man from God, performed an operation on me and saved part of the kidney. Gave me hope for a full healthy life. I will never forget your kindness and humanity. I wish you all health and well-being.
The further development of events already depends on when your surgeon arrives, who (like any doctor ...) does not make an appointment. We waited in the lobby right in front of the front door, from which a strong wind blew every time it opened, about 3 hours before arrival (not very convenient)
If a surgeon arrives, everything starts working again, a room to prepare for surgery, they explain to you, they ask you, they prepare you until they take you for surgery
Whisper in my ear: "You are already after the operation," from the rehabilitation room you will get to the ward through not long corridors.
I asked for a separate room and ended up in a suite with sea views.
Since I was on Independence Day, my ward was closed and, to my displeasure, transferred to a regular ward.
However, I must note that it was not terrible, the room for two, fortunately, is a sympathetic neighbor, slightly less comfortable than the suite.
During the 2 days of hospitalization, shifts passed and changed in front of me, each time a brother or sister + an assistant introduces themselves and is interested in your well-being and answers or finds out for you what you are asking for.
The food is at a high level, although in my case on Independence Day all the food was defrosted from the freezer and not fresh, the rest of the days it was very fresh.
Toilets and showers are cleaned several times a day, in other cases (which become dirtier) are cleaned immediately if you leave them.
The attitude is very kind on the part of everyone you communicate with, and the overall feeling of a hotel, not a hospital.
I certainly highly recommend it
Несерьезное лечебное заведение !! Кто не хочет брать на себя ответственность и направляет пациента в государственные больницы !! позор.
