Reasons for 4 Stars:
* Parking: Although it is not located in a populated area, the only place where you can park is its parking. Extremely overpriced for the service and quality of parking. >3€/hour. This is the only place where you can park in the whole area, there is no alternative.
* The hospital is quite crowded. A lot of people are waiting to meet. This affects the quality of service.
* Long waiting time for participation. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours to make an appointment with an ENT specialist.
* There are no signs to various areas, it is difficult to get to the necessary consultation.

In general, the doctors and staff are good, although we had to wait 1.5 hours less than 10 minutes for an appointment. The next time I need specialized services, I will try to choose another hospital.
The help of analysts is very bad. Just an Open Consultation for taking blood and samples, with a waiting room covering all people and without monitoring any capacity (small children, elderly, pregnant...). During a pandemic, this should be managed in a more flexible and safe way that takes into account the health of patients to a greater extent.
In total, more than one and a half hours of waiting for care (8:30-10:00), fasting and pregnancy.
The staff is 98% the most pleasant. Professional handling and taking care of your doubts, they facilitate your efforts and guide you. Conveniences.... this is an old hospital, so small, old-fashioned and old bathrooms are noticed in the rooms, in the same way towels and sheets are also noticed that they are old and do not look so white. I can't talk about food because I had a shunt, so my diet was liquid-based. And I won't forget to mention parking. I think every half hour is 2.50 €. Once I was no more than 9 minutes and it was 60 cents. But I recommend it as a help.

I understand that it must be terrible to find out which way the restaurant is located or whether the tenth building is on the right or on the left.
Madrid Hospital is convenient for parking. Not all of my doctors are there, but the ones I have are very professional. The comments I have heard from people about this hospital are that it is crowded with patients at consultations (before covid), now I do not know, because I try to be in crowded places as little as possible
Yesterday I had an appointment on the phone with a gynecologist, and no one called me. I called in the afternoon to ask, and they told me they would call me during the day (the meeting was scheduled for 10:30, and I called around 17:00), I had to call 901, which is a pay phone. In addition to the inconvenience associated with "no call", I have to pay... unbelievably. The call was transferred to the doctor's office, and after waiting 5 minutes, I hung up. Now I'm calling a toll-free number, and no one picks up the phone (more than 15 minutes of waiting ...)

My 98-year-old grandmother comes every two months for iron and blood transfusions, and I don't change hospitals even though I have many near my house. But they are never as good as this one.
