HM Hospitals in Madrid (Spain)
* Parking: Although it is not located in a populated area, the only place where you can park is its parking. Extremely overpriced for the service and quality of parking. >3€/hour. This is the only place where you can park in the whole area, there is no alternative.
* The hospital is quite crowded. A lot of people are waiting to meet. This affects the quality of service.
* Long waiting time for participation. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours to make an appointment with an ENT specialist.
* There are no signs to various areas, it is difficult to get to the necessary consultation.
In general, the doctors and staff are good, although we had to wait 1.5 hours less than 10 minutes for an appointment. The next time I need specialized services, I will try to choose another hospital.
In total, more than one and a half hours of waiting for care (8:30-10:00), fasting and pregnancy.
Disaster. I think it's a joke that payphones are still used for medical services...
Parking is expensive, but that's okay.
Medical, medical and other staff are very friendly.
They could have a pharmacy in the hospital to sell medicines, and they wouldn't have to go to the pharmacy.
3 times when I went to dermatology, they are waiting for you in the waiting room for 1 hour, while the doctor and assistant are talking about their things inside, drinking coffee or even with a mobile phone listening to whatsapp audio. It's staggering that you're paying for a service that serves you this way. Removing this (which, as an image, seems very important to me) the intervention they carried out was pretty good).
On the other hand, I have to say that my experience with Dr. Oscar Collado from gynecology, which I take the whole pregnancy, is 10.
My 98-year-old grandmother comes every two months for iron and blood transfusions, and I don't change hospitals even though I have many near my house. But they are never as good as this one.
