After the heart attack, I seriously thought about my health. I have a rather weak heart, so the doctors advised me to find a hospital where I would be given an epicardial stimulator. This is also done in our country, but such operations are more effective abroad. Having studied the possibilities of foreign medicine, I formed a list of suitable medical institutions for myself. Although I could not always find comprehensive information about the profile of the hospital and its leading doctors. Among others, I read about the operations at the German Hochtaunus clinic, contacted its representatives and received a certificate about what is needed to arrive at the hospital, what amount is required, what recommendations and restrictions are there. A few months later, I collected the documents and money, then went to the clinic. I am happy with the ward and the food, the clinic staff is interested in my condition, trying to make sure that everything is in order. The operation was successful, now the body is recovering. I sincerely hope that everything will be fine, and this trip will affect my health in the most beneficial way.
Last year, my sister underwent an examination – she was worried about stomach pains and decided not to take risks, but to check what was wrong with her health. Initially, she went to the hospital in our small town, but the results were mixed. On the one hand, the familiar doctor did not want to scare her for no reason, but on the other hand, she strongly recommended not to regret it

money and go to the capital for examination or to a good foreign center with high-precision equipment. Unfortunately, the worst fears were confirmed. It was cancer, but not yet at too late a stage. At first we didn't know what to do, and this is not surprising. You face such stress infrequently, and therefore it is unclear what's next. After a few days, they decided to act, asked friends, contacted clinics in Israel, Germany, Austria, Turkey via the Internet. I didn't want to put it off for a long time, because we understood that the disease was progressing, and the sooner we turned to experienced doctors, the better the chances of salvation. I speak a little German and have been to this country on business trips several times. Perhaps this was the determining factor in applying to the German Hochtaunus clinic. Of course, the quality in this country is always at the highest level, so we could trust the doctors here one hundred percent. The sister needed complex treatment, including surgery. Everything went well, she is now recovering at home. Despite the complexity of the manipulations, we are sure that the doctors have done everything in their power to prevent the insidious disease from returning. I hope these have succeeded, and we will no longer need to go through all these experiences. I would like to say a huge thank you to the doctors and all the medical staff who were with us day by day and tried to forestall any requests and wishes. This is doubly valuable when you find yourself in a foreign country with such a serious problem.
I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation 5 years ago, but I did not want to operate, because I would have been automatically disabled and I would have lost my job. Before that, I had a medical examination with a doctor friend, who always wrote to me in the conclusion "fit". But now I have already accumulated so many pills for the heart, I drink them 3 times a day for at least 10 pieces. And when my boss told me how he was treated at a multidisciplinary medical center in Germany (Hochtaunus clinic) and how he was successfully operated on there and managed to save the gallbladder when removing stones, I immediately asked him for contacts for Check-up diagnostics. Taking a local translator, I flew there a week later. I was met at the airport by a friend who works on a shift basis in Germany. The doctor examined me and made a cardiogram, and he did a lot of other tests. It was necessary to have an operation, which was difficult, but thanks to my experienced doctor, everything went without problems. I am currently in rehabilitation.
Great hospital. I gave birth to a little daughter there with excellent midwives and a very good doctor. Everyone was so nice and took good care of me and my husband. After childbirth in the postpartum period, too. I am very happy and will return to the hospital to give birth to my children.
now where to start? or stop? ... the emergency department is a disaster, without any problems. When I arrived in mid-July via RTW, I had to spend a full 15 hours in the emergency department. (Diagnosis: lightning-fast bilateral pulmonary embolism with severe pneumonia, bilateral renal failure and heart failure). Did I go to the intensive care unit? No. the next morning, the senior doctor of the intensive care unit came and said that I needed to go to the intensive care unit. It should be noted: the doctor in the emergency department told me that I had to go to another clinic because it was bad....! However, finally arriving at the intensive care unit, I could watch the chaos every day. the staff is completely overwhelmed ... too few staff ... too many patients ... when you ring the bell, you wait patiently for an hour. doctors, however, Dr. Span, Dr. Bock, Dr. Schifferings, etc. ... everything is TOP. they took the time to explain everything and also listened. I tried my best to make sure everything went well. I would especially praise the DrDrMaksa surgeon and his senior doctor. Thanks to this, the surgical part of my vacation passed without complications. I'm pretty sure I owe these people that I'm still alive. but still some things have to change there. the staff is inconsistent in places and does not show a desire to work. Station K3 is a single pile. with one exception, Sister Ute. The beds are almost not made up ... cleaning is done only superficially ... helps the patient with washing ... error ... ... etc ... etc ... I would recommend a clinic because doctors are important... Like I said.
Kind staff who always try to take care of their patients. who sometimes take the time to listen to concerns and dry a few tears. Doctors are very loving and always ready to answer questions (in detail) in "normal German" instead of "medical Latin". Unfortunately, I am a permanent resident here, but I would never prefer to be treated. Many greetings to Dr. Rutger, who saved my life with an emergency operation to... Dr. Rutten, dear Dr. Wieting and my attending Dr. Dr. Schuman. Thanks for everything!
My father was in this hospital for 2 weeks. Since he underwent surgery, the sheets were covered in blood, and my father often asked the sisters to change them, but this was not done. He sweated at least 2 times every night and shivered from the cold. Only on the 5th day the night nurse changed the bed linen. The infusion changes only after several rings, where the blood has already left. My father had a temperature of up to 40 ° C... despite the fact that the sister came 3 times to measure, they did not give him anything, only when the shift changed and the night nurse came, my father objected to something. Doctors are also not sure what exactly he has or how bad he is. At first one doctor says it's bad and we shouldn't take it seriously, then the senior doctor comes and says he's already a little better, which I'm doing now. Most should think accurately. When my mother wanted to go out, she saw my sister with three tinctures going in the wrong direction down the corridor, and the bottles were open, it was dripping, and the end where it was attached to the hands was on the floor, and she then polished them. (?) Syringes were still not used on the floor. By the way, my father is still in this hospital, we wanted to transfer him to another one, but the doctors were against it. I don't want to say bad things about all the sisters, there are good sisters now, but what I saw/experienced during these 2 weeks shocked me.
On October 5, 2017, I came to the ambulance with my son. We were very well received there, and a diagnosis was quickly made, which led us to the emergency department. The paramedic immediately came to us and began the examination very delicately. The nurse took care of the formalities, and she watched us all the time. With her sweet and funny nature, she removed my son's fear. Thank you so much for this... !! The operation was quickly resolved and everything went smoothly. The holding team was professional and had a calming effect on us. Both before and after surgery. We spent the rest of the night in P2 Ost and we were also very well taken care of. The staff was very caring and we felt in good hands. And since my son's birthday was on October 6th, all the participants congratulated him, and he was very happy about it. So I would like to thank the entire team involved.
Today I came to the emergency department with my daughter on RTW. The greeting wasn't exactly friendly. Positive: she was brought to the X-ray right after her sister, and I think the other woman was a doctor (none of them introduced themselves) took a quick look at her leg. Then we waited briefly in the hallway where they were parked and we were briefly informed that nothing was broken, that there was a railing and that it should work if possible. Help can lead to injections in the stomach, and no one wants it. Apparently annoyed, the nurse said that we should wait for the doctor's letter, and she would immediately receive a splint. When she showed up with this, there were problems with putting on or putting on. My daughter howled in pain, after which the "friendly" sister said that it could not hurt so much. Most likely, you should see that she really pushes your foot into the railing. But it was impossible because it was clearly too little. The comment from the lady that I can't put on properly is a little too small, but you're also very strong because it's hard and we don't have another one anyway. After the splint was finally somehow on my leg and my daughter said she couldn't walk like that. The comment came back very annoyed. You don't need help, otherwise you need to get injections and we should finally go. Then we supported you in pairs and left the emergency department. It's very sad that you didn't even get into the treatment room, as usual, but were just examined in the corridor. There was no joint discussion of X-rays or other studies. Despite the fact that on days like today, there may be a lot to be done, such EQUALITY AND THE DEPARTURE OF THE PATIENT is an absolute mistake.
Great staff!!! I was very happy there. They looked after me quickly and very well. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and nurses.
Terrible treatment. Unprofessionalism. Low-level staff. Unpreparedness. Shame!
Thank you very much! Very good treatment!
I had a very good experience working at the clinic, despite the long wait before I was transferred. I got to the gynecological department, and I had an operation on the same day.
All the staff: doctors, nurses, etc. - well done! Everything is very positive, friendly and very helpful. Couldn't wish for better treatment and attitude.
Thanks a lot! P.S.
the views from the window are also beautiful and the food is good.
In the evening, with abdominal pain, go to the reception. Appendicitis was recognized immediately and operated on at night. The follow-up was excellent. I am very pleased with the doctors and medical staff.
Emergency care, the worst of all, if possible, will give 0 points. With gynecological problems, you carelessly wait for hours. Cheeky staff who are not allowed to ask questions. I was told that I am not an emergency, and first of all I need childbirth. But you can't wait long for the baby to be born with severe pain! First of all, without drugs. In trouble, I took my own pills. I was surprised that a private patient was offered painkillers immediately after registration, I will NEVER go there again. Although I live in HG, I go to the Bürgerhospital in Frankfurt only because there is first-class care!
I was in the emergency department after a traffic accident on the referral of my family doctor to a trauma surgeon for examination for a brain hemorrhage. You will have to wait more than an hour until you are sent home, because the examination is not considered necessary. If you are seriously worried about your health, you should not come here.
