Hoechst Hospital has a narrow specialization aimed at the treatment of diseases of the nasopharynx, as well as head and neck surgery. Modern instruments, high-quality ENT specialists and surgeons help patients from all over the world in the treatment of various diseases of the head and neck. The clinic uses special methods of examinations. Among them there is a digital volumetric tomograph, which allows the doctors to establish the diagnosis as accurately as possible and prescribe competent treatment in the shortest possible time. This attracts patients from different countries, as it allows them not to waste time on multiple procedures and anaesthesia, but to get medical help as quickly as possible. In the laboratories of the clinic, you can also:

  • check your hearing;

  • monitor the work of the respiratory system;

  • check your sense of smell;

  • take allergy tests;

  • perform doppler imaging;

  • take a test for the work of the vestibular apparatus.

Otorhinolaryngic direction can be called one of the main ones in the clinic. It is thanks to the special equipment and high qualification of doctors that complex operations on the ears, nose and paranasal sinuses, larynx, throat, trachea and esophagus, salivary glands, and oral cavity are performed here every year. During surgical interventions, doctors actively use microsurgical techniques and a laser. In addition, the Hoechst clinic has a sleep laboratory that deals with the problems of sleep disorders in different categories of citizens (the elderly, adolescents, people under stress). Also, this laboratory works with patients who suffer from snoring. Oncologists at Hoechst Hospital provide comprehensive treatment for various types of cancer. Chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy, and medications are widely used. Modern equipment and a high level of specialists attract more than 100,000 patients annually. The clinic is used not only by residents of Germany, but also by patients from different parts of the world. And the quality of the services provided is confirmed by the certificates of the German Society of Hematology and Oncology DGHO, the Society of Cardiology DGK, the Society of Vascular Surgery DGG.

Patient feedback on treatment:
Hoechst Hospital in Frankfurt am Main (Germany)

We publish only real reviews
At the Hoechst Clinic, I was treated for a laryngeal tumor. I applied there because I heard a lot of good reviews about this clinic and the specialists working in it. After the operation, the doctors encouraged me, said that everything went well and now things will get better. I believe that it will be so.
At the ophthalmology center of the Hoechst Hospital, I treated glaucoma. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and care of the medical staff. After the end of treatment, I was instructed in detail about further actions when returning home, what and how to take, provided with medicines for the near future. Almost a year has passed since the treatment in Germany, I will soon go for a follow-up examination.
My friend was operated on several times in this clinic. As for medicine, we have a rather bad impression of the competence of doctors. It seemed like they didn't know what to do next. The explanations became shorter and less clear. There was a feeling that they knew no more than they could do. There were no improvements after numerous operations. As for the organization, this clinic is a complete disaster. Hours of long waiting, unfriendly staff, no answers to questions (there is simply no time for patients), incorrect medications (it is best to take everything into your own hands), complete disorder (several times we were convinced that food waste is simply left in corners or under beds, no one cleans them, sweeps, wet cleaning is carried out here once every few weeks).
My husband and I gave birth. Conveyor hospital, confusion, a lot of people, a passing yard.
I gave birth 2 times, and many times I was in this hospital. I like it in hehst. I was in the North West, for a month, then they took me to Hoechst anyway by ambulance. I didn't like the North West. Russian Russian nurses, khebama Lilya, and interns are a lot in the host. And you can always take someone with you. There's a good children's clinic there, (just in case.) Doctors are prompt. I was scheduled for a caesarean at 6 am, and in the evening at 23, 30 I began to give birth. Fortunately we live nearby. I ran into the hospital and already down the corridor, I shouted to them that I had a Caesarean in the morning. 7 people came running from different departments. Everyone was doing their own thing. The husband did not have time to change clothes, at 00 12 minutes they had already pulled out their daughter, washed her, dressed her, photographed her, and coffee was served in bed. Well, what can you say - well done. Go to Hoechst. If you need a translator, I will help. Well, in general, everyone there is treated with love and understanding. You will not meet anyone indifferent there.
I was in the hospital for 3 nights due to "biliary tract surgery". The operation (minimally invasive) went well, the wound healing (now after 11 days) is going well. First of all, I want to thank the doctors and nurses. I felt like I was being treated well.
Information or knowing that you are well informed is very important to me. Especially when you have an operation and you trust yourself to other people. I've missed information somewhere. From today's point of view, on the day of the preliminary examination, an "information sheet for patients undergoing gallbladder surgery" would be important to me, containing information about the preparation, the day of the operation, the 1st postoperative day, the 2nd postoperative day and advice. / the instructions on the rules of behavior in the house are described (see photo).
And what is the daily routine after surgery in the ward (rounds, breakfast, examinations ...)? Or what pills are in the medibox that the night nurse left without the attached medication plan? Suddenly there's more than usual, but what? For everyday life, I also need an information sheet that could be put on the bedside table when I arrive at the ward.
Of course, you can ask anything. On the other hand, I am aware of the "emergency medical care" and the desire for a different density of staff, and many questions may be too difficult for the staff!?
With all the criticism ... Thank you all!
I can with a clear conscience give the clinic of gynecology and obstetrics 5 stars.
Even during the Covid19 period, the entire staff of the A3L and A3R wards always remains friendly, balanced and, above all, humane.
Stressful situations are not transmitted to the patient, but rather are transmitted calmly, professionally and with great patience.
They always find time, listen and help. If a nurse or nurse calls with a button, everyone is ready to help. Even if it is a banal thing, for example, a pillow has fallen to the floor, and a pregnant woman cannot bend down to pick it up, they will help you here without grumbling and grimacing.
Attention is paid to the observance of visiting hours (from 15:00 to 18:00), and each visitor must strictly observe it so that ALL patients receive the necessary rest and relaxation. (One day at 2:30 p.m. it was too early for me and I wasn't allowed in and had to wait 30 minutes outside, or I wanted to stay a little longer than 6 p.m. and had to leave anyway.) Exceptions, of course, confirm the rule. For example, in the case of an emergency Caesarean section on Sunday at 3 a.m.
Doctors: Inside, the nurses and nurses are doing just fine here!
Thanks for that! ! !
I must say, I wholeheartedly recommend him to the maternity ward, excellent
First-class care, midwives, nurses, doctors - I am really pleasantly surprised.
The children's polyclinic sincerely recommends first-class care.
I gave birth to my second child in this hospital, and I have fond memories.

Very competent and warm treatment in the radiology department by a doctor. Muller-Schimpfle and his team. I will be happy to come again.
I am very grateful to the clinic, because they helped me very well during a serious gynecological operation, which suddenly became necessary and led to complications, and I always had the impression that everything was in accordance with the latest medical recommendations. Especially during the operation, I felt extremely safe and well cared for, including thanks to a preliminary conversation with anesthesia, careful care in the recovery room, painkillers and, above all, by the chief gynecologist, who was able to keep my scar small despite the difficult anatomical conditions. he showed a very competent, but at the same time grateful and cautious manner. I was also very pleased with the care after the operation in Ward A3, everyone was dedicated, warm and helpful, there were only very small reductions due to staff shortages, and sometimes during meals.

Emergency department, it's really not that good right now. These employees spread a pleasant "uncomfortable" feeling... The maternity ward is really fantastic. The staff were always friendly and every move was flawless. If you look at all the comments about the emergency department, the university clinic should think about it and talk to another employee... Probably something is wrong. I was there on suspicion of a heart problem, and they didn't want that. Although someone has already said that a few words were said that would justify an investigation. It was real, bottom drawer.
With vision problems, I went to the outpatient department of the ophthalmology clinic on Fridays at 5.30 pm, because after 12 o'clock I could not find an ophthalmologist, and I had to go to Hoechst on the advice of an ambulance.
But they told me very unkindly that they would not treat me, because this is not an emergency, the registrar makes the diagnosis here, and I could go to an ophthalmologist. It's not my problem - finished and I have to try it at the university clinic after 20:00 Does it comply with the clinic rules???? Why do I need an ambulance in Hoechst ???
Really unprofessional. Despite an appointment in the hospital waiting for 5 hours or more. Impudence!
Tomorrow I will have an operation in Hoechst, and I can run from doctor to doctor - this is a really difficult ordeal for me and my child, and if I knew that I would have to wait 5 hours to take a crown test and an appointment with an anesthesiologist, I would never have started this operation. Not in your hospital. Thanks for nothing.

Many thanks from the bottom of my heart to pediatricians and nurses for their professionalism, ethics, advice and kindness. Everything is fine with my little princess, who was hospitalized due to an allergic reaction.
The worst hospital I've ever been to! You come to an appointment, and they send you all over the hospital to look for doctors. In addition, the staff accepts and treats you extremely unfriendly, a disaster as a patient!
I was injured, underwent medical examination and treatment.
They answered immediately upon arrival, and the doctor was very nice and cheerful.
I think it's a hospital with a lot of good doctors.
I am currently in a hospital in Hoechst, and I have nothing to complain about. Of course, the premises are not quite modern and there is a deduction for the lack of Wi-Fi. But the doctors and nurses were just great. They are very friendly and always ready to listen. The food was good. Thanks to the hardworking assistant at the A10L and A12R stations.
