The Joan of Arc Clinic is a medical center that operates according to the standards of the highest health authority in France( HAS), compliance with which is confirmed every 4 years. This is a multidisciplinary medical center, but its main activity is obstetrics and gynecology. The maternity hospital here is designed for 35 women in labor, who are placed in comfortable wards. If desired, the expectant mother can be provided with one of eight individual or one of two VIP rooms. The specialists of the clinic conduct pregnancy, deliver babies, and, if necessary, perform a caesarean section. At the same time, 16 women can give birth here, and one of the delivery rooms is equipped with a bathroom. For newborns, there are 3 main halls and one resuscitation room. Another important area of the center's activity is surgery, including aesthetic surgery. There are 3 operating rooms and a post-operative monitoring room for 6 people. For patients who require long-term follow-up, 18 hospital beds have been prepared. And the same number of outpatient beds for those who need to stay in the hospital for no more than a day. The clinic includes a polyclinic department, where patients can get advice from leading specialists

Patient feedback on treatment:
Joan of Arc Clinic in Paris (France)

We publish only real reviews
an excellent maternity hospital team, including obstetricians, midwives, support staff and other staff.
not forgetting the special mention in the operating room.
Thank you so much for giving birth to three boys for me.
A good sequel

I was completely satisfied with the care offered at the Joan of Arc Clinic, starting with the follow-up of my pregnancy and ending with being in labor during childbirth. The whole team was friendly, flexible, friendly, very competent and professional, respectful to patients and very attentive. Have a pleasant experience in the delivery room!
Absolutely recommend. I am very grateful.

Excellent reception in the laboratory and gynecological department (19 bis rue ponscarme).
The staff is attentive, prompt (I, obsessed with injections, didn't even feel it!) And cutting-edge equipment, especially for ultrasound
I highly recommend this place. The teams are very professional, attentive and accessible. The size of the maternity ward (16 beds) allows you to conduct individual and individual monitoring, feel confident and safe. Midwives, doctors, surgical teams and the wonderful Francoise Hainault contributed to making the birth of our child a wonderful event.
Thanks to them and maybe I'll see you soon, for the second child, who knows?!

A very good experience today. Wonderful staff, from hospitality to caring. It's true that the building doesn't look very attractive from the outside, but they quickly ignored them when talking to the staff, whom I am grateful for their good organization, care and professionalism.

I want to inform the criminal geriatric service on the 3rd floor of the polyclinic! The medical staff left my grandmother to starve for two days, deciding to remove her tray of food on her own, because she never finished it, so they had a wonderful idea not to give her anything to eat. I would like to point out that my grandmother is 85 years old, she is very fragile, she told me that they did not give me anything, then when I went to them, they told us that they gave her until we had to look at 18:15 to check during meals, and indeed, there is no passage for his room, then I found that they removed him from the food list for 2 days without the consent of any person in his family!!!! This is completely unacceptable. They are very dangerous !!!!!!!! When you love your job more, you don't do it anymore, you don't try to kill people's families!!!!! Run away if you can, or observe your surroundings.

I arrived for plastic surgery at the end of March 2021 at the Joan of Arc Clinic, I would like to emphasize the professionalism and good mood of the team of outpatient surgeons who took very good care of me and were able to be very encouraging. . Thank you for everything !

I come for a surgical operation after consulting with the surgeon who is supposed to operate on me, but I came to another institution. During my first consultation, I was told that I would have €600 extra fees... Well, my mutual doesn't cover it, but I tell myself it's important, so I go there anyway. I made an appointment with an anesthesiologist, who gave me new documents. Only after returning home, I realize that in addition to the basic estimate, I need to add another 300 €! Not a word about this information during the consultation, I tell myself that, fortunately, I read everything carefully, otherwise I would certainly have paid for everything, not knowing that the amount is not what I imagined. I can't afford 900 € for a 45-minute operation without general anesthesia and on an outpatient basis. I feel like I've had to deal with a company trying to do business at all costs, not a medical institution. The operation is canceled, I'll look for someone with a higher ethics.
I don't recommend it!

My mom spent 2 weeks on the 3rd floor and congratulates the doctor on her participation and the opportunity to summarize her health status. On the other hand, some nurses should be engaged in another profession, because their behavior is unacceptable, which seriously harms this institution.
