I put two stars, only because of the professionalism of the doctors and their extensive experience in the work. Why such a low score is due to the poor attitude of nurses to foreigners. I was lying with my two-month-old child in a children's polyclinic, so I was late at night, one of the nurses was not very friendly( For example, she asked about food and said that she would bring it to my ward, since my child was connected to an IV, she did not do it. The next day, I changed the catheter and did not de-disinfect it. When a German woman came to me with a child in the ward, so she showed completely different services to her, immediately food was brought to her and communication was completely different from mine with her. My little crumb pulled out a needle from a small handle and disinfected it, and a neighbor just had a child crying, she ran up to him, and my son was bleeding from his hand and she threw him without a conscience.
Thank you to the staff of the maternity hospital, gynecology departments and children's intensive care for your warmth and help...
Super great clinic. The doctors and nurses are just great. They know how to handle patients, and I'm in good hands. Simply competent, useful. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. I have to drive 100 km to the clinic, but I don't care.
I am very pleased with the Dresden University Clinic. Hats off to the people who work here day and night!
There is nothing to complain about. Great food. Friendly staff. These are my personal impressions.
Wonderful care in the maternity ward and in the postpartum period! The help and friendliness of all the staff is phenomenal!! I felt very good! Many thanks to the lovely midwives, nurses, doctors, service staff, ....
I had a referral for an examination at an eye clinic. When I came to the reception, there were 20 people in the waiting room. I wonder why appointments are made at all?! This is irresponsible in the time of the coronavirus.
But I don't want to just complain, because after 4 hours it was my turn, and after 5 hours I was discharged from the clinic again!
In my opinion, it is a very good clinic. Of course, everyone has their own experience, but I can't say anything bad. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are really in no hurry. The examinations were discussed in advance, and they are very well aware of the interventions. It is clear that the waiting time for test results is very long - 7 weeks. But still, I can only recommend this clinic and I will remain a patient there.
Very good attitude to my son (10 months). Very pleasant, sensitive and competent staff. We felt in very safe hands.

Great
My mother, 77 years old, was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. The diagnosis was made for the first time in 2016. And then the doctors performed an excellent treatment.
She was in the hospital for a week and was operated on. I can only say good things about the department. The doctors and especially the nurses are absolutely friendly, understand and take great care of my mother.
Emergency department, it's really not that good right now. These employees spread a pleasant "uncomfortable" feeling... The maternity ward is really fantastic. The staff were always friendly and every move was flawless. If you look at all the comments about the emergency department, the university clinic should think about it and talk to another employee... Probably something is wrong. I was there on suspicion of a heart problem, and they didn't want that. Although someone has already said that a few words were said that would justify an investigation. It was real, bottom drawer.
I went to the emergency department with a broken toe. In less than 40 minutes, my toe was examined for the first time, X-ray was taken, diagnosed and I was put on a tape/gauze bandage, crutches and additional diagnostics were put on me. I was more impressed by the professional and quick help than the toe fracture.
Operated (emergency) on March 12, 2021 (house 32) many thanks to the doctor(s) (unknown), now on this day I will celebrate my birthday. Then I was lying in neurology (4th floor) 43 kab., I'm not a fan of hospitals. But I can only say very good things about the house, staff and kitchen. The staff really thinks a lot and gets back on their feet, but immediately when necessary, even for patients who can't get up like me or take care of themselves. Even if I haven't closed my eyes the last two nights because of my roommate.
(So I don't want to go back anyway).
Great staff, always happy to be friendly, good vintage food, good, keep it up
