I lived in the USA, and sometimes I had to visit some hospitals around the world, especially in Turkey and the USA, this is the BEST hospital in the world. I mean, when you're there, it doesn't have the smell, feel, or clutter of a hospital. It is very quiet here, wide corridors, helpful people, lots of quiet waiting rooms or cafes. This makes you relax and calmly treat your illness or any problems. Doctors, nurses and all other staff are well educated and respectful. You don't want to get sick, but this is the place to take care of if you are sick.
Attention, relevance and quality of service of doctors and nurses are very good. Transactions are a little delayed and are late. As for the staff, sometimes this can be a problem. At the hospital where we stayed for a week, we had a problem with food twice, and the problem was not solved until I told the nurses. They have a private hospital and private health insurance agreements.

This is a very hygienic large hospital. You are trying to ask and study questions one by one from some employees who are very informative, in some departments about registration and other processes. I think the staff should be warned about a friendly approach and a personal development training should be conducted. I had no problems with doctors, I go to many departments. I will tell you about them again in time.
In the emergency department, where I went last night with complaints of shortness of breath and chest pressure, the nurse only measured my blood pressure and temperature during triage, and then I was taken to the ward. The doctor did not come and did not examine me, the nurse said that I should go back and make an appointment at the department of unrelated febrile diseases. No explanation was given either. I will complain where necessary

In the past, this was an institution that we went to for the treatment of our family, regularly visited a cardiologist with my mother. But over time, some doctors left the facility and, recently, I received two negative ER visits. This made me realize that some things had changed in the hospital and things weren't going well. Today I would not recommend the hospital and would not go there myself.
For more than 1.5 years, we have been treated for my wife's brain disease at the Department of Neurology at Koç University Hospital. During this time, we saw that all the staff of the neurological service, especially our doctor, Mr. Arda, did their job with great enthusiasm. Infinite thanks to Mr. Arde and his assistants, all nurses, nursing team, nursing technicians, porters, cleaning team, catering team who watched over us closely every day, for being our comrades in this futile struggle. I would also like to express my gratitude to the leadership of the hospital, which put this wonderful institution at the service of society.
Our doctor referred us to this university clinic for the treatment of my daughter. Recommended Dr. Gul Yeshiltepe. Very good doctor very interested, thank you very much.
