Hello! I would like to note the goodwill of all the staff of the dispensary, starting with the staff of the polyclinic registry. Special thanks to the staff of the day hospital of antitumor drug therapy N1. When applying to the hospital on 08/03/2021, despite the large number of applicants, senior nurse Natalia Viktorovna Torgashina correctly and professionally issued all. And the attending physician Elena Vladimirovna Zamkova, with a very heavy workload, was able to give me maximum attention and conduct a thorough examination. Many thanks to all the hospital staff! I can't get through to any of the numbers. A queue of 40 people. At the end of the predicted waiting time, it is proposed to record a message, but this is a fiction. No one calls back, does not overwrite. I ended up in quarantine with Covid. On the eve of the reception, a bot called me, clarified the recording, realized that I needed to re-sign, promised that they would contact me, but no one contacted me. Is it really because of this that the already long-awaited ea queue record will simply disappear?

Five years ago, I underwent a full course of treatment here (radiation, chemistry, surgery and radiation again.I've been coming here for a consultation for several years now. Here really are doctors by vocation!!! Thank you so much for your work, care and responsiveness and my life!!!
Terrible attitude towards patients. You can be a little more tactful.
New buildings are being built, but they don't want to treat people. The attitude is boorish, they cannot answer questions about the diagnosis. In a pandemic, all personnel go without masks. It's cold in the chemotherapy department. Not to take off your shoes, but I don't want to take off my outerwear either.

On March 5, 2019, I underwent surgery to remove a neurinoma on the spine closer to the cervical region. The operation was performed by Krat Alexey Vasilyevich the operation was successful. I would like to thank all the staff for their good treatment and help in restoring health. Very responsive staff and knowledgeable about their work. Thank you for your help, God grant you good health
The hospital is large, but there are clearly not enough good doctors in the polyclinic. We have to study the disease ourselves at the leading clinics in Moscow in order to ask for the prescribed appointments. The attitude towards patients is rigid with indifference and no one explains anything. They don't discuss anything with the patient here. It is not necessary to say that an oncologist should be a psychologist at all. Waiting lists for an appointment are long for 2-3 weeks, which cancer patients do not have. Perhaps in the hospital a different attitude.

they put them in the ward, had an operation the next day, they fed normally in the dining room, the wards were gorgeous (for 2 people, in each ward there is a shower and toilet, beds with remote control, Wi-Fi,2corpus 7th floor) the nurses were always on duty, they came on call, in the evening and in the morning they made rounds of the wards, bandages every day at 10 am, in the recreation area there is a shelf with books, TV, sofas, in general everything is super

She was hospitalized from 02.03.2020 to 04.03.2020 at the Nuclear Medicine Center of the Radionuclide Therapy Department. Friendly qualified medical staff, bright spacious wards for two people. Comfortable beds. There is a large diagonal TV. Crosswords and books that remain in the ward. The bathroom is spacious, not every hotel has one. ☺ Shower cabin - you can take a shower 1 time a day for everyone. The food is varied. It hasn't happened again in three days.
We were examined in October 2019 at the dispensary polyclinic, Many thanks to the whole team, everything is clear, qualified and the general attitude towards patients is kind and sensitive, any security guard is sure to welcome!
