I want to thank the dispensary staff for their work and attitude. She was recovering from a three-ankle fracture. I remember how I hobbled with difficulty on crutches and couldn't even step on my foot. But the staff worked a miracle, and after 2 weeks I left there on 2 legs, even without a cane! I would like to say a special thank you to the head of the department, massage therapist Evgeny, physical therapy specialist Irina Gennadievna. You are specialists with a capital letter! They show that they are devoted to their work with all their soul, they delve into the essence of trauma and help overcome fear and pain with such warmth... Believe in yourself! After all, on the way to recovery, not only mechanics and diligence are important, but also faith and support. I also want to note the goodwill of all the staff, starting from the woman in the wardrobe, who greeted and noticed successes with a smile every day. :) The center is very clean, and overall the atmosphere is very inviting, pleasant! I can't believe yet that after 4 months I can finally walk. Infinitely grateful.

(...), a terrible institution. They look at athletes through their fingers. The child is an athlete and has to undergo a medical examination here every six months. It turns out that six months ago the athlete had anemia, but the doctors did not even say about it, they discovered it themselves and began to treat it six months later. And about 7 years ago they came with a broken collarbone, and the doctor did not see it, because he did not even get up from the table and did not examine it, despite the complaints. The staff is very rude!
I was sent to this center for treatment and I did not expect that I would get a good result so quickly. Of course, it was hard, but the doctors here are not only demanding, but also caring, they will definitely help with everything and cheer you up. I think that everything went perfectly, that's why I give the best rating. In my unprofessional opinion, all the equipment is good, the specialists work competently. All procedures and classes have brought results, so I will boldly advise my friends to undergo treatment at this dispensary.

Only positive impressions from the dispensary. I was treated here after an injury. In addition to the fact that doctors are really professionals, they know what they are doing, so there is also a human attitude here, they always communicate politely and will definitely ask how you feel. I especially liked the physical therapy room and the chiropractor. In general, not only treated, but also charged with a good mood. Thanks!

She was undergoing rehabilitation after a three-ankle leg fracture.
I want to thank the head of the department, masseur Eugene, physical therapy specialist Irina Gennadievna and physio cabinet specialist!
The result is important for them! The individual approach and support won me over, at some point I even began to doubt whether I was in the municipal med. An institution? And it's definitely free?
Yes! Precisely!
This is a wonderful place, with specialists "from God" they do not just do their job, they give their whole soul!
When I hobbled somehow on crutches to them, I could not even think that in a week I would already go and in 2 I would leave them on my own, even without a cane!
The general atmosphere in the center is very friendly, and even though I did not know all the doctors of the center, but when they met, they all smiled and noted their successes :)
Everything is very clean and disposes.
I recommend it!

After reading the reviews about the dispensary, I want to express from my side. I myself regularly undergo a medical examination here as an athlete and actually do not understand what the essence of the examination is. The process proceeds like this - taking a card, you go through the marked offices and there they check if you are dead, or to be more precise, the doctor asks if everything is fine, you say yes, they write in an incomprehensible handwriting in the card and we'll see you in a year. It seems to me that it is possible to carry out such manipulations on the phone, they will not look at you thoroughly, it's all just a formality. The dispensary was abandoned, the equipment is old here, although people are actively coming here, and not only athletes, people after injuries, strokes and surgeries attend physical therapy and would also like to be treated with a modern device. The attitude towards children is generally dirty, I have repeatedly observed rudeness and neglect on the part of the staff to young athletes. I understand that there is a large flow and everything with questions and problems, but you need to do your job well or not do it at all, you don't like it here, don't suffer, look for a new job. The competence of specialists is also not always observed, so the rating of 4 is only a sign of gratitude for many years of cooperation

I visited this center last year, and only found out about it when I went to a paid clinic and its specialist gave me a referral there. But the treatment there is completely free. And there are still old Soviet-trained specialists working, such as at the physical therapy center-where they will quickly put you on your feet.. I really liked the massage-but as soon as you get there-and there is no longer that specialist. Our children passed a medical examination there as athletes-the flow is large, but the problems are still the same. And doctors have to adapt to this and visitors. But still I will put 5, since it is much more pleasant to go here than to many city polyclinics
I join the previous review, in the part that concerns the qualifications of specialists. Literacy and competence leaves no doubt. But the organization of work, unfortunately, is not at the highest level.
I have many years of experience in accompanying children during medical examinations in this institution. Every year, in spring and autumn, athletes and children attending the Youth Sports School are required to undergo medical examinations. This is a massive case, i.e. doctors examine a huge number of patients a day, long queues. The burden on both doctors and the registry is large. I understand all this. But there are quite simple things with which you can make these events more enjoyable for both athletes and dispensary staff.
It all starts with the reception desk: to get a card, you can spend up to 40 minutes standing in line. Since each youth school and each sport has its own time allocated, it is known who will undergo a medical examination on this day. Moreover, already in the Youth Sports School, they allocate time to avoid the fact that everyone will come for a medical examination on the same day at the same time. For example, a separate day is announced (or even a time on a specific day), on which children who are engaged in a particular coach must undergo a medical examination. So is it really impossible to prepare cards and coupons in advance at the reception? By the way, in the Soviet years, when I was a child myself and passed medical examinations as an athlete, it was so. Now it looks like this: children with medical policies and birth certificates are waiting in line to get the coveted card. Very often, one employee is sitting at the reception desk at this time. And there are 2 jobs. It's good if the child is not undergoing a medical examination for the first time: the card has already been opened, it remains to write out a coupon. But even this takes time - to enter the data, print it out. And if in advance all the coupons for a one-time visit were enclosed in cards, then you would just have to give the card to the child. And by the end of the medical examinations, there would immediately be information about those who did not pass it. The coupons were not used and remained in the cards.
If the child is undergoing a medical examination for the first time, the procedure may take 10 minutes. There are no complaints against the registry staff, they fill out those forms and draw up those documents (for example, consent to data processing) that are prescribed by the rules. But everyone else, those who already have cards, are standing and waiting for their turn. Maybe it is possible to divide these two categories into 2 different queues? And yet, the registry staff could work in twos during medical examinations.
When the card is received, you can go to the doctors. But the most interesting thing is that officially starting with doctors at 9 am, the working day rarely begins at 9 am. Half of them are traditionally late, i.e. it's already 9.10, and the doctor has just come to work. It is clear that you need to change clothes, put on a bathrobe. Ie, the reception time may start at 9.15. And maybe even at 9.30. And these are not one-time cases. I've been seeing this 2 times a year for many years in a row. Is it possible, at a time when there are MASS medical examinations, to somehow establish discipline? So that there are no queues due to the absence of a doctor at the workplace during working hours.
And one more thing. People who have nothing to do with sports often come to the dispensary, they are advised by the doctors of the dispensary. For God's sake. But if there are medical examinations, is it possible to do only medical examinations? And everyone else should be accepted after 13.00, as it is written in large letters in the ads on the doors of the offices. The day before yesterday, one doctor consulted a woman for 25 minutes, and the children in the number of 22 people obediently stood and waited, although they came at the appointed time.
In addition, some therapists often refuse to issue certificates to children. Since all this is during school hours, children in schools (in most schools) are required to provide information about the reasons for absence. And only a doctor can issue such a certificate. They refuse for the same reasons: I work alone without a nurse, let the coach give references. Allow me, the coach cannot give such a certificate. And I understand that writing out a certificate is the job of a nurse, but since nurses often do not happen during medical examinations, let them prepare forms, put the necessary seals at a convenient time for them, so that they only need to enter the name and number. It's not so difficult and requires much less time.
Verdict: competence of doctors, cleanliness, courtesy of staff -5, organization of work of the registry, nurses, discipline of doctors - 4.
