Everything was fine in principle, although the nurse does not know how to take blood from a vein and it was very unpleasant. In general, the impressions from the clinic are positive.
The doctor seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional, but I was told that I would receive the results within 2 working days. When I didn't receive any information, I went back to the hospital and was told that I would receive an email within 24 hours. When this did not happen, I had to come again, and was very surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to somehow blame me. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I wasn't hearing. Other employees did their best to help afterwards, but given the money spent and my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

In this clinic, Professor Paolo Castelnuovo operated on me on 10/15/2020 (bilateral examination, swelling of the nasal conchs).
A truly professional, friendly and humane person. The operation went very well, without pain, and after a couple of days I was already breathing through both nostrils. The hospital staff is very friendly, prepared and very helpful, the rooms are well maintained, clean and equipped with all amenities. Excellent cuisine. Thank you all .

Well organized, kind at the front desk. Maybe because I'm not practical in this area, but I had a hard time finding parking. If you have a meeting next time, I'll come 45 minutes earlier.
Today at 15.00 I had an appointment with Dr. Marino for an ophthalmological examination.
I arrived on time, checked in, and sat in the living room to get a call.
At 15.30 I asked how much was missing, and they told me that the doctor was visiting.
At 15.45, the lady and the girl who arrived later were released earlier, the Doctor received a gentleman who also came for me, but already knew.
Moreover, he wanted to accompany the ladies personally in the elevator on the first floor, taking full care of those who, like me, waited beyond the set time. At that moment, I took and left, not even so that ASL would never happen to me like this. It was my first time in the Madonna. It will also be the last one.

It was the first time I had a gastroenterological visit at this institution, I must admit that it was very easy and very fast to make an appointment.. Professionalism of 10 points and a doctor, he explained everything perfectly to me, listening to my personal outbursts.. The place is charming, clean and elegant. It's a pity because of the lack of parking and an environmental pass, but 5 stars are DESERVED

A little over two weeks ago, I had a meeting with a well-known professor of gastroenterology at this institution about my mother's abdominal problem, which has been going on for more than a year.
My mother was examined, and we were instructed to do an ultrasound according to anamnesis.
Therefore, I provided an assessment to the professor, who confirms his thesis and suggests talking to another surgeon for a possible intervention.
Yesterday we had a meeting with a colleague who knew nothing about the previous visit, and he rejects us with an air of sufficiency, refuting the conclusions of his gastroenterologist colleague who heard on the phone, and convinces him of his conclusions, which, however, have yet to be clarified in the clinical picture (we did not have useful links).
All this once again plunges me and my mother into complete despair.
Congratulations!! ... I exchange emails confirming what happened with the first meeting.
I wonder at this moment... is this the professionalism proclaimed by your clinic?? ... I want to smile ... But if I think about it, I want to cry.
I am a bank manager and in case of such a mistake I would pay for my account ... but not you...
I expressed my disappointment with the second professor, but despite everything, you allowed me to pay without asking what happened, regardless of the service rendered...

A total of 500 euros were thrown away!

My experience in the clinic was excellent, my grandmother was operated on for several months and received excellent care and treatment not only from a medical point of view, but also from a human point of view, I was especially impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Ms. Scilla, he always promptly supported the organization of hospitalization.

I was hospitalized at the La Madonnina Nursing home in Milan on January 27.28 and 29 of this year. And on the 28th, Prof. Giampiero bells of the right inguinal hernia. The intervention was very successful, and here I want to publicly thank Prof. Doorbells for the excellent professionalism, the undisputed sum of his professional skills and for the gracefully cordial and communicative ways of the aforementioned surgeon
During the settlement of the bill, I had a DEAD surprise SALATISSIMO, ESOSO, invalid, account of the aforementioned private medical institution... NINE THOUSAND EUROS for three days of hospitalization. The room I occupied in those three days cost THREE THOUSAND euros, a thousand a day (not even the most luxurious Hilton or Sheraton). They calculated me almost 400 euros for medicines (I will take six or seven tablets), 400 euros for medical material... I wrote a registered letter to the administrative director of Madonnina... and instead of contacting an official or a member "Administratively, I received a phone call from one of the two girls from the cash register, who did the calculation and received from me the aforementioned NINE THOUSAND EUROS. I'm not adding anything.
Of course, the payment for medical care was separate... Therefore, I am only talking about the cost of the aforementioned nursing home.

I came to this private clinic because the doctor I followed took him here privately. A person from the staff who took outpatient visits was, to put it mildly, grumpy and rude, perhaps because of the rush to take his turn. I do not know the name of this woman, otherwise I would have written an official letter of complaint in this direction, since she is paid for communicating with patients. It's a pity, because 2 colleagues at a nearby station were instead polite and smiling, as the role required. I will make sure that I no longer use the services of this institution, if it is welcome, definitely NO THANKS!
