Incompetent staff. Before the injection, the nurse received an instruction and a reminder that the substance injected to me crystallizes quickly and needs to be injected 30 seconds after dilution. The nurse nodded her head, took the medicine and went to the resident's room "to prepare", calling me a few minutes later, she invited me to the resident's room (the medicine rooms were busy), where I found an already typed syringe with a substance that, by the way, is diluted in more sodium chloride, and there was a concentrate that a competent specialist would not allow, since the concentrate is worse distributed throughout the body. Plus, a lot of time has already passed since the set of substances, it has foamed, which is unacceptable for him. But the nurse decided that it would do and injected me with a mixture from a syringe. To my complaints to the administrator that the nurse did not provide the service correctly, the administrator only said that I would not be accepted in this clinic anymore. Five stars, in short.
