 Leopoldina Hospital is one of the largest clinics in the north of Bavaria. Founded in 1898, it is considered to be one of the oldest medical institutions in Germany. The Academic Clinic Leopoldina cooperates with the University of Würzburg. Every year, the hospital receives more than 60 thousand patients from all over the world, more than half of them are treated at the hospital. Very good staff. The food is great and delicious, a new menu every day. TV, telephone, nice toilet with shower. The hospital reminded me of a 4-star Hotel and all inclusive. I am very happy and the treatment is good. Thanks

A huge multidisciplinary clinic, which has almost all the specialists. They send some things to the university clinics of Würzburg, Erlangen and Frankfurt. Wards for "ordinary" patients are not very comfortable. 6 people per toilet... that's too much. For this -1.

The hospital, its doctors and staff are very good. The medical staff of department 53 is very competent. One of the nurses, Nurse Heilmann, was exceptionally competent, helpful and friendly. Thank you all for your help with my treatment.

Doctors spend a lot of time with patients. Most of the medical staff is very pleasant. If you have problems with the spine - only Leopoldina.

Experience shows that this hospital should be avoided (long waiting times in the emergency department, excessive hospital stay, etc.). In fact, nothing unusual for a private hospital.

After a traffic accident on February 24, 2021, I was taken to the intensive care unit.
Thanks to the nice doctor and staff.
They took good care of me there, and I felt that I was in very safe hands.

This is the second time I have come to Leo for childbirth. I was very happy with both births. The midwives and doctors in the delivery room provided excellent care. I was also very pleased with the staff of the mother and child department.
I would go back to Summer anytime!

The worst hospital in the world, the only patient in the emergency department with a suspected herniated disc waited 4 HOURS receiving ibuprofen, unfortunately, there are not many hospitals in Schweinfurt, but one thing is for sure: this hospital will be sued for refusing to provide assistance!!

For a 3-year-old child with a head wound after surgery to wait 5 hours without treatment is simply unacceptable.
After that, he was treated elsewhere.

We waited 4 hours in the waiting room. Then, without treatment, they were sent back from the treatment room to the waiting room. And all this on the weekend. In fact, only one surgeon is available. After 4 hours I went home without treatment.

A very friendly hospital, doctors call personally to inform relatives about what is happening and work very quickly. A very well-rehearsed team! Unfortunately, this doesn't happen very often these days. The best hospital!

He was in the Leopoldina Hospital during childbirth in May 2021. Unfortunately, the birth did not go as planned, but people reacted quickly, and in the end everything went well. The doctors in the delivery room and in the ward were really wonderful and technically first-class. Midwives, too, are never unfriendly, always kind words. In the conditions of Corona, the whole team does a good job and tries not to lose humanity, despite the circumstances. Everything was in perfect order in the ward, too. Super dear sisters and caregivers who have always opened their ears. One point was deducted only because the discharge process was a little inconsistent.

Today I was in the emergency department for 1 day.... Waiting time for admission is 10 minutes...... Doctors and medical staff are very friendly and ready to help .... All of them do an excellent job in really extremely difficult conditions.

I had to go to the urology department * Leo * ... with my father on 20.07.21 at 21:00 as an emergency due to my father's CF shift. A responsible nurse and a specialist is just TOP !!!!!! BOTH are absolutely friendly, I got the best answers to my questions... !!! Everything really fits...!
