25.10.20 my daughters had an MRI. This time everything went great. We arrived at the time, we were immediately called to the treatment room to install a catheter. The nurse found an approach to the child, quickly and most importantly installed a catheter from the first time. The staff is polite, the MRI report was sent by e-mail within 1-2 hours. Thank you.
P.S. Previously there was a negative experience in conducting MRI in this center at 21 Hospitals.

I made an appointment by phone, an MRI was adjusted for the time of the neurologist's appointment, and time was set for decoding. In fact, I arrived 15 minutes before the recording, sat waiting for 45 minutes. Those who came after me have already passed, when the contracts were finally drawn up for me. I refused to sign a contract for a neurologist, because I clearly did not have time, to which the girl reacted very displeased and promised that we would have time. We managed to... And even managed to see a neurologist. An MRI of the entire spine was done in 40 minutes out of the planned 60; the transcript was given in 5 minutes. As it turned out, the doctor was in a hurry, so all the transcripts were signed by the brain and thoracic spine) At the same time, not only did they find nothing new, but, as the neurologist said at the place of attachment, they "resolved" the neoplasm on the pineal gland. Although, I warned the doctor about it before the MRI. After looking at the recordings of the images on the disk, it became clear why such a result: among these vague spots, the gland itself is not visible! And all the pictures are like this - no sharpness, vague outlines. In general, this "sharashkin's office" does not pull at the medical institute at all.

Everything is culturally by appointment, sofas, armchairs, TV, magazines, coffee machine and cooler, free shoe covers, polite staff.

I came for an MRI scan, I waited for my conclusion for more than 3 hours. No one warned that there would be such a delay. It is very sad that patients are treated this way. Why pay for such money, if you can do it in state institutions during this time and with the same queue

Administrators do not know how to work, you come to the appointed time, they say wait, after 40 minutes they say well, here is another person in front of you. There is no way to at least immediately warn that the overlay will have to wait a long time. I did not use the services, I am very sorry for the lost time on the queue, I will choose another clinic!

We have filled out all the documents. Conducted. Everything was explained. An examination was conducted and a conclusion was issued after 30 minutes.

Thank you, a very sensitive doctor who was able to calm the child and did not spare time for this.

We came with my wife to do CT. Everything is quite clear, accessible, informative, and operational. Yes, the prices are not the lowest, you can even say too high, but when it comes to health, this is not always the most important factor. They have been working for a long time, i.e. they have gained experience.
