The clinic is highly recommended. The whole team, be it the reception room, the ward, the maintenance staff, the operating room assistant and the anesthesiologist were great. Although I was very afraid of the procedure and anesthesia, everyone looked after me very well, and I felt that I was in very safe hands. The room was modern and clean. The food was delicious and enough to satiate. Many thanks to the Meoclinic team
I was very pleased with the visit to the dermatologist. Very good English, very friendly and helpful. Gave me a contact in case I have any questions. I removed the star because of the administrator. Not the friendliest and tried to tell me that I had the wrong meeting time, despite the fact that I had an email confirming that I had the right time. No apologies for the confusion or correction. The other is wise, friendly, clean and efficient
I am completely satisfied with Meoclinics and almost every employee, from registrars to nurses and doctors!
I feel that I am in safe hands and I am being advised, my problems and complaints are being taken seriously.

From the first moment I was greeted in a friendly way.

The tests were explained to me in detail in the evaluation.

On the same day I was booked for an appointment. Doc took his time, but the content of the advice was not what I needed. The internal processes were well organized. I went to the consultation hoping to get a second opinion. Doc agreed with the initial opinion, so far so good. I would like more attention in the conversation (I had to explain it many times). I found some of the comments really wrong. ("If you were 20 cm shorter, it would look very bad." "You are beautiful and have charisma, if not for that, it would be very bad." "I like what I see," etc. I was in hours of obesity counseling because of joint problems (not because I needed beauty advice) and felt like I wasn't being taken seriously there. Pooh, in 2021 I would like better advice and less personal taste in a private clinic.
I have already been to several doctors in the MeoClinic, and they had an operation there before. I have always felt well accepted and well treated. Today I was at an appointment with Dr. Steiner's ENT. I felt very competent and sensitive advice. As a layman, it is difficult to judge the professional competence of doctors, but I treated her very well.

During our visit, we particularly noted the excellent hygiene, professionalism of the doctor and very good and authentic paramedics. We immediately made an appointment for my daughter. We were delighted with the competent treatment and charisma that Dr. Karadzhali was very pleased with the children. So in general, we felt very comfortable there and would like to return.
