Children's department. Building 16, department 17.
There is no clean drinking water. There is boiling water in a kettle with bits of scale floating there. At the request to stop poisoning children with such water (not everyone has the opportunity to run to the store) the medical staff (nurse on duty, doctor) said that this does not concern them. They sent me to the head doctor with these questions, perfectly understanding that I could not leave the department with a baby in my arms and go in search of the almighty head doctor. As it turned out, the next question can also be solved only by him.
There are eight people in the ward and they continue to populate. One fit in, two were settled.
The bigger the person, the less oxygen. And the heat is strong and the wards are stuffy.
In general, in the department, which belongs to pediatrics, there is only a children's corner with toys and pots from the nursery. No baby furniture, no baby cradles, nothing that could help parents. It is interesting to suggest the heads of the doctor to go to the toilet, and then wash their hands with the baby in their arms. Or, for example, wash the bottles and prepare baby formula with one hand, because there is a child in the second hand. Of course, our parents are great, they cope with everything, who knows how. But why is this "Fort Bayar" in the pediatrics department?
The medical staff has one answer to everything: "It's not for me. And what can I do. Go to the head doctor." Formally, of course, they are right, but this does not change the situation. At 17, the department of the Morozov hospital continues to treat children with medicines and poison them with dirty water. This is not a fight FOR health, it is a fight WITH health. It's all about the health of our children - the future of our country!

Terrible hospital! I went there with gastritis, VEB and Helga, they only treated gastritis and gave me those pills that did not help. I tell my nurse that the pills don't help me, she said she would change the course of treatment, and they didn't. The last 4 days in the hospital I stopped taking these pills and I got better. They are not fed correctly, I have a diet without flour, milk, sweets/juices for a snack are given marshmallows with juice and kefir, for breakfast semolina WITH MILK and WHITE BREAD, this diet was prescribed to me by a doctor in this hospital.
In 2018, they were recorded for a paid night EEG.
Arriving at the department on the 6th floor, we were taken to the ward, the bed had no backs, we asked to be replaced, because the child is 1 year 10 months old. and in a dream she often changes position and could easily fall from such a bed, to which the employee replied in an indifferent tone, we have no others, although there were beds with backs in the corridor.
In such conditions , it was not possible to carry out the child 's sleep .
We refused .
We could not imagine such an ugly "scoop" attitude to the client, even for money!
All your modern buildings and equipment are nothing if you are not able to recruit normal employees, and not "ball" ones!

We planned an adenotomy for my son (4.5 years old), as we were very excited about the ENT surgeon Anton Polyakov. To our great regret, he was on vacation, and the operation was urgent, we came from Kazakhstan with no doubt that we would receive good quality service for an appropriate fee of 46,000 rubles. I will immediately warn you that the department of planned hospitalization in 7CORPUS, 36B does not give the right to choose the surgeon to whom they planned to get. The young guy behaved extremely defiantly and wanted to show the importance of his position by signing us up for surgery to the surgeon (Mazur) to whom we did not ask. I think this is very unprofessional, because it is the mother who has the right to decide for the fate and health of her child. Thanks to Yulia Evgenievna, this issue was resolved, at least documented. Before the operating room, we were met only by an anesthesiologist, I saw the doctor Sergey Bulynko only after adenotomies. There are no complaints about the operation itself, it was successful, did not have a fever, no bleeding - this is of course the most important thing for me; but only my son tells me that a woman who had seen the neck before the operation looked at it... Who operated on him after all remains a mystery to us.
A dubious hospital, starting with a huge chaotic queue of 3 windows at the checkpoint, which initially had to be searched for. Getting into the territory itself is quite problematic, there is a system of passes. I warn all "not close" relatives at once: most likely, you will have to solve the problem of visiting the patient yourself. There is an internal phone at the entrance, but it is unlikely that any of the staff will want to help you.
I didn't find any navigation on the territory. To get into the endocrinology department, I had to interview a lot of people (many thanks to the administrator from the main entrance).
Apparently, there are not enough places either, a MAN with a little daughter was settled in the women's ward (?).

I was very surprised, excellent traumatology and trauma center, good, professional, fast, polite, high-quality service. I have long been disappointed in Russian hospitals, the Morozovskaya Children's City Hospital is the best enterprise I have seen in recent years. Thank you to the doctors for the quick and high-quality help.
It is impossible to get through to the paid branch. There is also a hellish queue at the cash desk of the paid branch. They are issued for 40 minutes.
