We visited the allergist N. Kurmaeva, a very good specialist, but the nurse Aliya has absolutely no idea how to take blood from a child's vein! Pierced both hands with a needle and picked at the wounds trying to find something! I am extremely outraged by Aliya's work and demand that the employee be checked for compliance with his position! They donated blood from a vein in citylab there was no such mess! I do not recommend taking tests, the clinic does not specialize in this, apparently there is no laboratory, the whole biomaterial is taken away by a courier.
I called a doctor at home (neurologist) for the baby, described the complaint. I have absolutely no complaints about the examination, in principle, the doctor also arranged for communication, but! She wrote us some complete nonsense. This prescription was not taken at the pharmacy, they said that they would not do this! They asked who took on such responsibility to prescribe these drugs for a small child. The doctor called us back and continued to bend her line, adding sugar to the recipe. SUGAR for the baby. Are you normal? And you pay more than 2 thousand for the reception at home! A complete rip-off.
An ugly, disgusting clinic for pumping out money. To close the sick leave means to pay for the most expensive reception in the city. Why??? Today, on 11/24/2020, we were at a pediatrician's appointment. After the end of the reception, we somehow went down from the ramp, and at the bottom the stroller turned the baby down!!
It's not a ramp - it's a springboard, and it's not designed for moms with strollers. Although the surface is ribbed, but very slippery, I had to hold on to the handrail with one hand and hold the stroller with the other. At the very bottom, the ramp does not reach the asphalt, but abruptly ends, which is why my stroller with the baby turned over!
We went here only for the sake of the pediatrician Bakhtina, after such a case we are unlikely to come again, because the prices for vaccination are on average 1000-1500 higher than in other clinics, and there is no parking.
