 Nizhny Novgorod Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary is a specialized medical institution that treats cancer with the help of modern technologies. They do not impose additional paid services. They treat patients with understanding. The problem is only with parking for the disabled. All disabled parking spaces are always occupied by non-disabled people. The disabled grandfather had to park outside the oncological center and walk. And he can barely walk. And the parking spaces for the disabled were occupied by healthy people. Yes, many people have a conscience asleep. So where are the traffic police officers who can awaken conscience. Or is she sleeping with them too?
A normal attitude, as in any polyclinic or hospital, the staff is no better or worse, everything is organized of course so-so, but the main disadvantage is a large number of disgruntled impudent collective farmers who come here from the region unaccompanied on their own is surprising, for the first time in my life I wanted to hit and throw out a stupid impudent red-haired grandmother who climbed ahead of the queue, blew up and did not let my mother sit down on a bench before calling my hardly standing on her feet

22.04 we were at a doctor's appointment at 12:00, he made an appointment for the same day at fgds for the evening at 18:20 . Arriving at the reception, the office doors were closed. And there was no doctor. It turned out that the doctor canceled the appointment for that day. And they just didn't tell us about it, because they recorded it at about 13:00, and they canceled the recordings earlier. Incomprehensible people work at the reception desk, who replied that they do not know anything and make an appointment only to see a doctor. Teach your employees at least to contact the rest of the departments by phone to clarify information, and not to answer people that we don't know anything.
At least they would warn their employees that the doctor is not working and there is no record for this day. Sick people come to you not only from N.Novgorod, for FGDS you need to starve, it's hard for them.
