How it works
Patient feedback on treatment:
Okan University Clinic in Istanbul (Turkey)
He was different from the others: medical examination, equipment, cleanliness, kindness...pleasant first impressions. They gave me all my answers (the way I could understand :). A consultation with Dr. Mrs. Basak showed me that I was wrong with "smart lenses". She advised me to cut my eyes with a laser. I didn't hesitate at all, because Doc had won my trust, and I decided to follow her advice. I am absolutely satisfied with the result, I see 100% (and I can sing it all day)!
Thank you, Mr. Erdem, I felt good while you helped
Thank you, Doc, Mrs. Basak, I felt safe and cared
Thanks to everyone responsible for getting my PCR result just in time
In terms of timing: Too bad, and no commitment
In terms of treatment and attention:
He is very weak, and there is no anxiety or concern for patients.
From a human point of view: it doesn't exist at all
Among the disadvantages of the hospital: they depend on a group of unqualified translators who speak only Turkish, they are not familiar with medical terms, and their translation is often far from required.
Translators control the admission of patients according to their circumstances and time, and the best interests of patients do not matter to them.
Hospital prices are variable, not fixed, and depend on whims.
The possibilities of hospitals are very limited
I would like to ask the relevant and competent people to what extent they comply with the principles according to which the patient has the right to use services and be treated in a respectful, gentle, compassionate and friendly environment, always protecting individual reputation.
