- all types of endoscopic examinations, including endosonography, endoscopy with magnification, narrow-spectrum endoscopy;
- interventional methods of diagnosis and treatment: puncture biopsy, digital mammography, ductography, cystography;
- MRI, MSCT with bolus amplification;
- echodopplercardiography with the possibility of 3D visualization;
- a wide range of laboratory tests;
- all histological, cytological, histochemical, immunocytochemical studies conducted on the basis of the pathomorphological department;
- invasive obstetric manipulations (cordocentesis).

I applied to the CDC in connection with the delivery of tests for antibodies to COVID-19. The staff of the center is polite and friendly, which pleases. Queues at the reception and cash desks are large. On the day when I applied to the CDC, the queue at the checkout was more than 70 people, however, the queue diverges very quickly, since there are several reception windows. Therefore, with such a queue, the waiting time was only 20 minutes. In turn, the visitor can easily save his precious time if he makes an appointment via an online appointment and pays for services online. I realized this already standing in line. Next time I will use online services so as not to interfere with those who do not own such services or do not want to own them. I will definitely apply for medical services at the CDC.

The main problem is queues at the ticket offices, I took a star for them. If you go to the reception, lay at least an hour, despite the fast payment by card and the number of cash registers (there are 8 of them in general, but not all work), you will still stand for a long time.

In the conditions of a pandemic, it simply defies description: what is the distance of 1.5 m there? Everyone is in line closely, some of them are sick, with faces red from fever. The staff at the entrance, floor administrators, or as they are called, tired of the flow of citizens, irritable, rude. But the doctors and nurses themselves are very polite! I understand that the year is not easy....Coronavirus. Thank them!

Previously, there was a dining room on the ground floor, for employees and for patients, now it is not there - it has been closed! Although it was so convenient, I passed the analysis or passed the Fgds, went in for a delicious snack and went on. They do not care about either the employees or the patient. There is never any toilet paper in the toilets, then drying does not work. Generally bad, very bad. Now I go to Ultramed!

But why not expand the administrative staff or take other organizational measures? The queue at the cash register, at the registry office, in the office of the VMI, queues for the issuance of tests... It is very difficult to get through by phone. Despite the existence of an insurance company contract, many are inclined to think of servicing in another medical institution, since the work schedule does not allow you to allocate so much time to stay in queues.
Today I came to do an ultrasound and was booked for an appointment, I had to pay at the checkout, I was very shocked when I saw it. I took the ticket, it was 342, they invited 230 to pay for services on the scoreboard, are you serious? The queue at the checkout is 112 people. I looked at a lot of windows, but how they work slowly, I stood in line for more than 40 minutes during this time we reached the 305 ticket, it was 11.10 at 11.15 I was booked to see a doctor, but before that I still had to do an ultrasound, there were 37 more people ahead. In the end, she spat and left. Your specialists are good, but the level of service is at zero. I come to a paid doctor's appointment, make an appointment earlier, wait a few days or even weeks, and just have to stand in line for more than an hour to pay, are you serious? As a result, I signed up for Euromed, arrived at the appointed time, paid for 3 minutes and went to the reception. Learn the service.
