Perinatal Center of Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1 (Russia)

The perinatal center of VRCH No. 1 was opened in 2009. The center employs more than 180 doctors of various specialties, including obstetricians-gynecologists, neonatologists, pediatricians and other specialists.
The center has the following departments:

• pregnancy pathologies;
• generic;
• pathologies of newborns;
• resuscitation and intensive care of newborns;
• gynecology;
• functional diagnostics.

The Perinatal Center of Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1 provides highly qualified medical care to pregnant women and newborns. Here women can receive advice and assistance from the moment of conception to childbirth. Pregnant women and women just preparing to become mothers can undergo a full range of examinations, excluding the possibility of fetal pathology: an ultrasound of the fetus, Doppler ultrasound and many more.
The perinatal center successfully operates an in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory, specializing in the treatment of infertility of various types of severity. Laboratory specialists use the latest and well-proven methods of assisted reproductive technologies: IVF, ICSI, IISM, IISD, surrogacy programs, IVF with donor oocytes and sperm washing, riopreservation of embryos and germ cells, laser hatching.
At the perinatal center parents can conduct neonatal screening of the child, which will help identify rare but serious diseases even before their symptoms begin to develop.
