This is some kind of nightmare and horror. I have not met with such rudeness and rudeness from the medical staff in any hospital. They treat the sick like the dregs of society. Not only do nurses allow themselves to be rude, but doctors do not visit patients in the wards at all. People are at a loss what and how their treatment will take place. And about food in general, a separate conversation!!!! Pigs are better fed than these patients. No normal nutrition. Porridge with garbage, smelly cabbage that stinks so much that it's not something to look at, but even the smell is impossible to bear. Doctors don't really consult about treatment. I don't understand where the management of this hospital is looking!!!! Apparently you will have to write to the Ministry of Health about what is happening in the hospital. Maybe they will at least restore order, because people come there from all over the Perm Region and not for a day or two.. And they lie for months.
Many thanks to the entire staff of the urological department for their professionalism, kind attitude to patients.Cleanliness and order are provided by nurses who are at work all day.The sincere attitude of the nurses (Nastenka, Valyusha, Natasha, Irina, Olga) lifts the mood and hopes for a quick recovery.Doctors are high-level professionals!Special thanks to the head of the department, Katkov I.L., senior nurse Larisa Anatolyevna, for the clear organization of the work of the team. The only drawback is nutrition.If porridges and soups are always delicious, then it is impossible to eat meat products at all, it seems that meat is used conditionally edible category.We understand everything -the budget, but still... According to the work of the polyclinic, I agree there is something for the administration to work on to debug the scenario: making an appointment, the appointment itself, receiving results and referrals for hospitalization.

According to the work of the surgical department itself, I can note the well-coordinated work of the medical staff team.
With an inhuman load on nurses, the fulfillment of the assigned tasks is 5+. Attention, care and clarity of the doctor's recommendations, I think this is very important for the patient.
Cleanliness in the department is provided with the help of junior medical staff and also for 5+.
