I have ptosis (omission) of the upper eyelid, already operated, so my case is complicated! Everyone I turned to refused me, and only Vladimir Vasilyevich said he would help. And helped!!! The operation was painless and successful. Rehabilitation is fast, without edema and hematomas (although I have a predisposition)On day 5, I took off my sunglasses, the seam is almost invisible.There is only one conclusion - a PROFESSIONAL operated! ! Believe me, I know what I'm writing about, because I'm a doctor myself and I can evaluate the doctor's work in no way.

I do not recommend this clinic! Just sharashkin's office! The clinic has not been repaired for a long time, everything is old and dead. Payment is only in cash, payment by card is not even heard of there, as in normal medical centers. It should have alerted. But I unfortunately closed my eyes to all this, deciding that since they have been on the market for a long time, they know their business. And these are just "little things". But I was very wrong. A brief history: I did their upper blepharoplasty in April 2018. During the operation, I heard that the doctor (now the tongue does not turn to call him that) had difficulties with my right eye. Then the seam was constantly bleeding. There were terrible bruises and swelling. But I convinced myself that it would pass and soon there would be no traces left. Unfortunately, my hopes were not fulfilled! It's been almost 5 months, the scars are still red and very noticeable! They don't look like "narrow threads" at all! And they don't even get smaller! I am 29 years old, everything always heals very quickly. I followed all the recommendations. Smeared with prescribed ointments (Soviet times). Nothing helps. They just disfigured my face. On the left eye, the scar is less noticeable, but on the right, it's just a nightmare!!! I spent the whole summer wearing glasses. Now I can't leave the house without makeup, although I haven't used makeup before. Calls to the clinic do not solve the problem. I initially warned that I live in another city. In the summer, I was told that the "professor" was on vacation. Then in September I tried to contact him again. I was offered to send to What'sApp!!!!(they don't even have mail!!!!) photo. I sent. The photos are of very good quality and everything is perfectly visible on them. But they just wrote me a dry "come for an inspection." Seriously?! I have already paid for this "art" on my face! Now they also offer me to spend money on tickets. The "professor" didn't even try to contact me. He conveyed through someone that "we still have to wait and regeneration is different for everyone." I didn't get any more information. And also there was a question "regeneration is different in the eyes on the same face of one person?" For some reason, it goes faster on the left. Probably because they didn't get it that way. And how much longer do I have to wait?! A year? Five years?! Or do I walk like Frankenstein all my life now?!
Just a nightmare! You give money away, and then you get such a piggy attitude. No one needs to be responsible for their work there. I have already regretted a million times that I chose this particular clinic, mistakenly considering the doctor an experienced specialist. Now there is a reckoning on my face in the form of a scarlet scar on my right eye. There are very few reviews from this clinic, which makes it difficult to evaluate sensibly. Therefore, if someone considers it an option to do plastic surgery in it - think a hundred times. Then you will endlessly seek explanations from the staff and be afraid to look at yourself in the mirror! They don't want to answer for their bad work there and nobody cares. Disgusting attitude to patients, disgusting service, terrible work!!!
