The Regional Consultative and Diagnostic Center (OСDC) is a leading medical and diagnostic institution in the South of Russia, provided with high-tech modern equipment. The level of medical care offered by the center complies with the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.

I was at an appointment with a neurologist-Olga Viktorovna Petruchik, I really want to share my impression!Olga Viktorovna is very kind, easy to communicate, touched with her sensitivity, attention and from the first minute it was clear that this is a Doctor with a capital letter, who knows and loves his work, very clearly conducted an examination, explained everything, diagnosed and prescribed treatment! I came out of the office inspired and just couldn't keep my emotions to myself! Thank you very much, Olga Viktorovna, I wish you good health for many years, we really need such Doctors!

Good afternoon! I have been examined at the RCDC for many years, I am very pleased with the doctors. But I want to draw the administration's attention to the cancellation of the entry by the center's employees in the personal account. I missed a repeat appointment with a doctor due to hospitalization in the BSMP, after leaving I made an appointment in my personal office to see a doctor. Later, the registrar called me and said that my appointment was postponed 5 days later, since I have a repeat appointment and it costs less. I explained that I am 35 weeks pregnant and it is important for me to get to the doctor at the right time and on the date on which I signed up, since I need a doctor's opinion based on the tests I have passed.As a result, I was told to contact the doctor on my own and the appointment was not postponed anywhere. Extremely non-patient oriented approach. Registrars who cancel receptions without approval were especially disappointed.

We got there on a quota from the ministry after a complaint about our local hospital in the village of Zimovniki, where the quotas allegedly ended at the beginning of the year. What I want to say about the case- polite, competent staff,the order is felt at the entrance- they took the children with them, since there was no one to leave them with - they came up and said that they could take the children without waiting in line. The quality of the diagnostics itself is also at the level. The disk with the results is about 300 rubles. The only drawback is not to the center itself, but rather to the district administration where it is located - there is no free parking, there is one row near the road, but due to lack of space, it is already a problem to park by 8 o'clock - who is driving consider this. There is a parking lot right near the center, but for some reason it is paid

You have already been asked a million and one questions, your passport has been checked, then you show your passport to the security, then you get in line for registration for analysis and, attention, they check your passport again! Next, you wait until you are called to take, then, when you take, you try to persuade the nurse to take clean gloves for you, a clean transit jar between the needle and the test tube, perhaps you will fail in this direction. How blood is taken is a separate pleasure. You always feel that they are doing you a big favor, for your own money. There is no such trash anywhere, it's something!!!!

There are a lot of people, long service at the registration, and expensive prices for the examination. In general, it is pleasant to be in a clean room and with a pleasant staff.
All including the nasty administrator. We waited a month for an appointment with a psychotherapist, the administrator said that it was possible to go to this doctor together with her husband. And how they paid for such a thing, I don't remember you, I didn't say it turns out I gave such money in vain. Well, of course you don't remember. They write out a bunch of tests, it's not clear why at all

Once I went to a nutritionist (in 2019) and everything was super! 0 complaints! A few years later, I needed to do an ECG for myself and I remembered about this hospital. I called the registry office (because it is impossible to sign up for it on the website), a woman answered me, judging by the voice of an elderly woman. So I waited 20 minutes for them to sign me up. Well, it's nothing, okay. But then there was complete rudeness. They tell me, I quote further (I am me, W-woman):
W: You need to come up in advance for 30 minutes, come with a passport (And ATTENTION!!!) and with where you have written that you need it.
Me: Excuse me?
Zh: Well, with a doctor's referral
Me: I don't have it
(and then everything turns to raised tones on her part, of course)
Zh: Did you prescribe it for yourself?!!!
I: Well, yes, then go to the doctor with him. I just have a doctor in another clinic.
Zh: What are you doing at all?!NOOOOOO!!!!We won't do it to you!!
I: Why?
Zh: Why do you need it?! Who told you that we will make it for you?! Why are you calling at all?! That's it, I'm canceling your appointment! If you die from ECG!!(WHAT? xD) Goodbye!
Bottom line: I agreed to do it quietly in the Invitro, yes, it's more expensive, but at least they didn't be rude to me and spoke humanly.
