Rehabilitation Center in Pforzheim opened in June 2015 and has a narrow but extremely important specialization: personal rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders. The main focus of the center is the restoration of the following functions:

  • motorfunction;

  • linguistic and cognitive;

  • independence.

The practical application of the results of scientific research allows the clinic to reduce the time of stay of patients. The achievements of the center, of course, are the progress in treatment:

  • traumatic brain injuries;

  • strokes;

  • cerebral lesion;

  • a number of neuralgic disorders.

The technical equipment of the institution proves the level of the leading rehabilitation centers in Europe, including the complexes of motorized running Lokomat, gait rehabilitation Vector Gait & Safety System, as well as the system of comprehensive mobility restoration Erigo. In addition to modern medical equipment, the center uses the latest intensive care techniques. In particular, unique not only for Germany, but also for the world, was the I.N.P.U.T. technique, which helps rehabilitation for strokes, tetraplegia and other severe pathologies of a neurological nature. The rehabilitation center is located in the center of the small town of Pforzheim, 40 km from Stuttgart. The mild climate and calm environment undoubtedly contribute to the successful recovery of patients.

The stay in the rehabilitation center was great, the training was hard, but it's worth it! we have made great progress, especially in walking!!
Therapists give you a lot of time!!!
I will definitely come back !!
I am currently in a rehabilitation center in Pforzheim and am filled with confidence.
Yes, the treatment is expensive. But if you really decide and try, you will definitely achieve a lot here. Nothing is promised, but it is clear from the very beginning that nothing will happen without a great desire.
An amazing therapeutic center for neurological patients.
Excellent staff, therapists, care, accommodation and meals! :) :) :)
A pleasant and friendly atmosphere, if you are ready to participate in the process, have been there 3 times already and have made tremendous progress! I can tell everyone, just try! They don't create magic here, as they say, nothing comes out of nothing!
I have been a regular patient in the rehabilitation center for 5 years and I am very satisfied. This institution is one of the leading rehabilitation centers for neurological patients and is highly recommended.
Very useful therapy, good 1:1 support, unfortunately, expensive
My name is Vsevolod, I am 21 years old and I came from Kazakhstan. In August 2014, while swimming in the river, I broke the cervical vertebra c6 and received a spinal cord injury. Immediately after the injury, my legs, body muscles and fingers failed. After 4.5 months, I arrived at the rehabilitation center in the city of Pforzheim for rehabilitation. Unlike many hospitals, rehabilitation here differs quite dramatically. 5 days a week from 8 am to 2 pm you perform various physical exercises. Most exercises are performed either sitting or standing, which has a positive effect on your blood circulation. If you can't stand on your own, then therapists hold your legs so that they also have a load on them. Also every day of the Lokomat. All therapists have an individual approach, which creates a kind of constant dialogue between you, your muscles and the therapist. After therapy, I feel very tired, so it often happens that I sleep after lunch. After several months of therapy, I noticed a lot of progress in the muscles of the body, I began to move from the chair to the bed on my own, I can sit almost without support, I can also do a lot more things on my own. I am very pleased that there is not a hospital environment here, but quite ordinary rooms, but adapted for strollers. Recently I tried hippotherapy (horse riding). Also, there were only positive impressions, in addition to the colossal work of the corps, a lot of good emotions. Of course, there are some everyday difficulties and problems, but in general, I really like this rehabilitation center.
I am 53 years old, I am from Kazan. In November 2013, I suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. A person who has suffered a stroke begins to look at life with different eyes. It seems to him that life has stopped and nothing can help him to return to his former life. However, everything changed when I arrived at the rehabilitation center in January 2015, in the city of Pforzheim in Germany. Care, attention, all this was present in every movement in the person of the center's specialist, Sarah Felkle, who was engaged with me. I felt not only confident that I could overcome my problems, but I also appreciated again and became confident that my life had gained meaning again. The most important thing is to believe and work on my problems, and in this I hope the staff of the center will help me. I would like to express my special gratitude to the translator Irina Feldman, who was always by my side during classes and was ready to help me at any time. Thank you to all the staff of the center for your hard work, patience and love for your patients.
In 2011, we came to Germany with a diagnosis of grade 4 kyphoscoliosis. The situation we found ourselves in was very deplorable. We were told that our daughter would no longer walk, that she was doomed to live in a wheelchair. In Pforzheim, Dr. Reed, who is the chief physician of this center, did not promise anything and did not tell what they could do. He just said, "She's going to walk." Svetlana refused medications during the first month, after six months - from the catheter, from the first week she was led up the stairs, after 2 years - we put the wheelchair aside altogether. Now my daughter is already walking with a wand. I am very grateful to those people who taught my daughter to walk and laugh. A low maternal bow.
The best thing here is great food from Chef Sven.
He cooks a wide variety of dishes and always knows how to season them perfectly. You can feel that he loves his job.
