Regarding the examination for Covid-19, the rapid tests taken in this clinic raise questions... On 20.07.21 at 9:30, two rapid tests were done with my son on Covid-19. Negative results were announced after about 15 minutes. On the same day, at 15:00, classical PCR tests were already done for me and my son. The positive results came two days later. To my question that the express test does not give any guarantee and why then it is needed, I received the answer that its reliability is 94% and I got into 6%. Then it turns out that my son also got into this 6%. Moreover, we got into these 6% at the same time. My opinion is that these rapid tests are unreliable and a waste of money. I didn't get a clear answer from the clinic.
Addendum dated 07/29/21: Regarding rapid tests for covid-19. A detailed explanation of the above problem was received from the clinic, very clearly and intelligently. Some options have also been proposed to resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the clinic's response, the most important thing is that the management and staff are not indifferent to working with patients and value their reputation. My pleasant acquaintance with the Rusmed clinic began with the administrator. They listened to us carefully, agreed with the doctor about a convenient time for us, despite the busy schedule. My question was very urgent. This attitude pleasantly surprised me. I express my special gratitude to Tsvetkova Yu. Yu. and Lazareva O. A. for their professionalism, for their warm attitude and sensitivity in conversation, and in relation to us. I didn't see this in other clinics. Thank you very much!

In the end, the situation with the teeth came to that critical point, beyond which there are only many numerical removals. I went through several clinics in different cities before coming here and... Stay for a long time. I treated caries of varying degrees of neglect here, did professional hygiene several times, put temporary crowns under braces. In total, there were about 20 receptions. And I'm bringing my husband here too.
The disadvantages are insignificant. I don't really like the closet on the ground floor instead of the wardrobe. While you are at the reception, anyone can take things. Of course, this has never happened before, but everything happens. I didn't really like the doctor who put temporary crowns, as well as the crowns themselves. They look like uneven pieces of plastic with metal translucent from the inside. Braces are constantly being peeled off from them. But I am glad that the crowns are temporary and will be replaced after orthodontic treatment. I think I haven't found my orthopedist yet, I'll keep looking.

Apologies are also zero. I came to show nevks, which bothered me. During the reception, a conversation on the phone, and the verdict - decide for yourself whether to delete or not. If I myself could and was competent to make such decisions, I would hardly have signed up for a doctor in 2000 (for 10 minutes of admission). Khabazov I. G. is a doctor with golden hands and a kind heart! To say that I came to the colonoscopy and FGDS procedures like a white sheet from fear and stuttering is an understatement. But he and his team (an anesthesiologist and a nurse) dispelled all the worries in a few minutes. The procedures were planned without sedation, but the doctor recommended only with sedation, because she was very thin and young (49 kg) and was completely right. What a happiness without stress. I fell asleep, woke up and already had positive results. No pain after. Thank you very much! Anesthesiologist Khakhin V. B., I want to note, is also wonderful and to the nurse for kind words!

We waited in the clinic for 25 minutes. They tried to send us to an appointment with a gastroenterologist, an orthopedist. They didn't wait for our doctor, they left. I suspect that they simply forgot to call her about the reception. I have been treated in many medical centers in Nizhny Novgorod, but I have never seen such a mess anywhere. I will never go to Rusmed again and I will not advise my friends.
