We, the undersigned patients of ward number 417, Department of Neurology, Kurbatova Alexandra Lvovna, Tysnova Nina Viktorovna, Yarkina Evgeniya Gennadievna, would like to thank all the staff who surrounded us with warmth and care. In addition to professional treatment, which brings us back to a quality life, doctors, medical staff, as well as junior medical staff approach their work with a soul , with a sensitive attitude and an individual approach. I would especially like to mention the head of the department Inna Nikolaevna, doctors: Artem Nikolaevich, Olga Igorevna, Ksenia
Valerievna, Natalia Alexandrovna. And I would also like to highlight the student intern of the medical brother Egor Andreevich, who approaches the treatment of patients with special attention and responsibility.
The clinic is of course clean. The doctors I met were adequate in terms of communication. But for the five days spent in the hospital, I wanted to run away. The tents are unbearably hot. Someone has a toilet in the ward and someone has to go to the general one in which the toilet does not work very well, the shower room is in a deplorable state. The latch on the door did not work in our ward and sometimes the door opened abruptly with a gust of wind, which once almost led to injury to a woman passing by.
Good doctors and excellent junior staff. Great therapy.
But every year the hospital food gets worse and worse. I understand that there is no household unit on the territory and the food is imported, but in my opinion it can't be more disgusting. And this, unfortunately, is not only my opinion, but all those who lay with me in May 2021

For the first time I got to this hospital for planned hospitalization. There was a good impression from doctors and nurses, without an accurate diagnosis of unnecessary drugs were not prescribed, everything is in essence. In the hospital itself, you can undergo a number of examinations related to therapy, neurology and cardiology. There are also MRI, massage therapists, and physiotherapy. The wards are decent, clean, each ward has a shower and toilet, a refrigerator, a linen closet and bedside tables. The only negative is the food, it's just terrible. And it probably depends on the change of cooks, since three days is tolerable, three is unbearable. At the same time, you just might not get the food, the portion dishes were sometimes not counted and the patients were left without, say, a piece of fish.
The food is creepy simple. I don't know, I'm not talking about the others, but the doctor who caught me is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. They made a mistake in the hospital, they redid it, and they made a mistake again. Generally kapets, God forbid to get there yet.
It used to be one of the best hospitals in the city. The level of service has dropped significantly. The quality of medical care, too. There are good specialists, but you can only get to them for a fee.
The food is bad. The doctors didn't come in for two days. They were discharged on the second day and closed the hospital, although they were not feeling well yet. I don't want to go to this clinic anymore. They stole a smart watch while I was in intensive care.
A European-level hospital....responsive nurses, professional doctors, a wide variety of studies, cozy rooms, delicious and balanced food...if necessary, food is carried around the wards....there is an elevator....clean, spacious, bright...and everything can be obtained by compulsory medical insurance....if you got an ambulance or a railway employee, or attached to a railway hospital.
They applied urgently to the emergency room.The doctor competently examined, gave recommendations!The waiting time for the consultation was no more than 5 minutes.
