Samara Regional Clinical Cardiology Dispensary (SRCCD) is the largest medical institution in the region that deals with the treatment and prevention of vascular and heart diseases and heads the cardiology service of the Samara region. The cardiac surgery center of the dispensary is one of the three leading Russian cardiac surgery centers.

On 03/24/2021, he was hospitalized at the Samara Cardiocenter for heart surgery. I would like to express my gratitude to Maxim Mikhailovich Maslov, a cardiac surgeon, for a brilliantly performed operation! A true professional in his field! During the operation, with his competent actions, he did not even leave me a chance to doubt the successful outcome, for which he received a huge human thank you and a low bow! I don't know about adults, but it's hard for children here, absolutely everything is forbidden. The dining room is closed at 5 pm, the orderlies are putting their order, mattresses cannot be changed, the guard near the help desk shouts something, says they say "I'll see fast food again, you'll be discharged from here immediately, I'll write a statement", you'll see your parents only through the window, you won't go outside to quarantine, you were locked up here for 25 days, sit like a "cute", only some nurses are happy, respond to requests, help, the playroom in which the sockets (5 pcs) are not allowed after lights out, it's impossible to charge the phone (you're always chasing like a moron, when someone will give in). There is no life here, it's always a fuss.

Sockets do not exist, forget about them, extension cords are prohibited, not everywhere there are things of the first need (mirrors, lamps, etc.), moms with children can go to the shower whenever they want, and girls and guys are scolded that they go to sleep or in the morning, and even wash their heads.

I didn't like anything at all. Doctors absolutely do not care about patients, mom is in the 6th ward, the pressure is high, doctors do not even fit, the nurse answers, well, you have your pills, drink. How is that at all??? Not a single injection, not a single dropper was made. They give a pill and all the treatment. And it doesn't get better and doctors don't do anything at all. All night my mother suffered with pressure and pain in her heart. And the doctor didn't even ask about his well-being. This is simple bestiality, not a regional dispensary.
11.06.21 arrived from another city for an appointment at 214 KB. It is unclear why the time is being recorded??!! The doctor slowly came to the workplace with a delay of 15 minutes, immediately took a woman for examination without an appointment and coupons. We got to the reception with a delay of 1 hour. I am sure that healthy people are hardly sitting at the reception in this office. What is the attitude towards patients? Please take action! There was a residue more than unpleasant!
