International Medical Center, English and Chinese are available, nurses are very helpful, there is a reception center for foreigners on the second floor
There was a great experience of treatment here. The staff spoke good English. Organized and clean.
One of the worst hospitals in the world. If you are a foreigner, even the International Health Center cannot help you. Take a Korean with you, otherwise you will be forced to run from one place to another, and in the end you will fall down without strength. I'm just wasting my time and money in this hospital. They really don't care about your health. They can only make you run.
The reception staff requires additional training. Very rude. They hung up the phone when I hadn't finished the conversation yet. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Not a fan of this place. I've been here 5 times and each time was a terrible experience.
I recommend it, the hospital is very professional
because this is my favorite place in Korea
Everyone spoke English, and a volunteer who spoke English and Korean helped me through the whole system. I would have been lost otherwise. It's a bit more expensive though.
I was in the er, and my perception of the medical staff has changed ...
1. During treatment, a doctor, a colleague of doctor suddenly opened the door and came in, ignored the patient and said, "Hey, what are you doing?"
2. Nurses giggling and talking behind fainted patients (humiliating kind, etc.)
It was so shocking, and I would never recommend this hospital
A great hospital where you are told to wait a few months before being treated by them. Therefore, it is useless if you need urgent help.
