We were with my son at a doctor's appointment, we were prescribed medications, to be more precise, gel, called all pharmacies in Voronezh there is no this drug, called the clinic to contact the doctor and ask about a replacement, of course they didn't give me the doctor's phone, well, that's fine, but they promised to call me back the next day, as a result, 8 days have passed, there is no answer! And we were going to undergo surgery in this clinic, now I think it's worth thinking about it! And if there are complications after the operation, I will not get through to the doctor because he is passing, and then what should I do next?!
I made an appointment with the results of fluorography on hand.
The doctor said that you need to do a CT scan of the lungs if there are any doubts.

Question, if you know that a complex operation is scheduled, why do you record the time for this? Why such disrespect for customers and their personal time? We chose a clinic based on reviews, but this is the first time I've met with such a person. I think that this situation is unacceptable, and even more so in a paid clinic.

They also inform that the course of treatment may not help and the doctor will choose another one. And when you leave the doctor, then several hundred rubles are thrown on top of the official cost of admission for allegedly additional information that the doctor announced.

We went to this clinic to confirm the diagnosis. As a result, it turned out that in the military hospital where they are undergoing a commission, the ophthalmologist clearly does not correspond to his category, because the doctor in the clinic explained everything very clearly, on the subject that even if the diagnosis was confirmed, because of this disease, the health category is not reduced. As a result, she didn't even take money from her husband. In general, the attitude is excellent, and most importantly honest, which is rare nowadays.
