Endless waiting and careless care. Most of the doctors are kind and speak tolerable English, but it is difficult to cope with the reception staff.

Also, for a blood test: WHY do I need to get a numbered ticket to wait for access to this machine... which gives me a numbered ticket? This place is insanely idiotic.
Excellent service. They did their best to help. However, they did not allow the use of electrical outlets in the waiting area. They didn't even explain the reason why we couldn't use them.
I had a dental operation, very polite explanations and clear answers.
This is a big hospital, so the equipment is good.
It is located near Tsukiji Metro Station.
The only English-speaking hospital I can count on in case of an emergency. You don't need an appointment, you can just go to the emergency department.
It was very crowded. There are more clinical departments than before. There is also a bridge leading to the nearby St. Luke's Tower and a place to rest. There is a big river behind, the view is good, and on a sunny day you can enjoy a walk.
Amazing hospital! I usually have such a bad experience in Tokyo with most of the doctors I've been to, but the doctors, nurses and staff at this hospital were very kind, sweet and understanding. I highly recommend it to anyone who speaks two languages and is not 100% sure of their Japanese, especially when it comes to medical terms!
Very friendly to Gaijin. 3rd visit, this time for a surgical procedure, and stay for a couple of nights. The staff does everything possible to make you feel at home and in comfort.
I have regular medical checkups, but everything is always smooth and good.
This is a beautiful hospital, similar to a grand hotel in a resort area.
