Patient feedback on treatment:
Sungchonhyang University Hospital in Seoul (South Korea)

We publish only real reviews
A good hospital located near itaewon. I came here with my girlfriend when she had stomach cramps. They took an ambulance and went to the emergency department. They took care of her. It was expensive, but usually a university hospital costs more.
I went here for 7 years to see a neurologist. The staff of the international department really care, act very professionally, are always ready to help, and the doctors are very kind and caring.
If you are a foreigner, this hospital may be a good choice, as there is a multilingual support service. but you'd better get in touch in advance, having enough time, because this is a very busy hospital.
On weekends I went to an otolaryngologist, and I was very confused by the absence of a specialist. I was treated by a non-specialist doctor, and, fortunately, he treated me very well and gave honest advice. In the end, I only got a consultation, but I'm really sorry about the cancellation of the payment. In any case, I didn't expect much, but it was a place where I felt very grateful for the help.
The hospital has an international clinic and a 24-hour ambulance service. There are English-speaking staff.
Caring nurses and doctors listen to their patients
I don't like going to hospitals, but if I need medical help, I come here.
Outpatient orthopedic nurses are completely absent. The nurse answering the call looks beautiful
The service is really bad. I came with a worsening of my illness, but the reception said I should come tomorrow. I came in late because I have a lot of exams.
You have to wait a long time for treatment on the same day. Make an order if it's not an emergency.
The doctors are friendly
I have been to the emergency department of this hospital several times, as it is the closest to my home. A couple of days ago, on the weekend, I came because my lymph nodes were so swollen that I couldn't eat, drink or sleep. They did some unnecessary tests, including an expensive flu test and tried to do an ECG, which I refused. They tried to tell me that it was part of their "basic testing" regime, but since I had been there before, I told them I had never had it done before and they just left. They didn't give me the right drugs; This went on until a couple of days later I went to a real ENT doctor, because I didn't feel better, and the doctor told me that they didn't even prescribe antibiotics for me - only ibuprofen and cough medicine. If I'm going to pay more than 10 times the cost of a regular visit because I feel bad enough to justify an emergency room visit, I'd better feel better afterwards, not worse. After visiting an ENT doctor (in another place) I felt better within a few hours after taking the necessary medications. I spent 150,000 won and 3 hours and will never come back.
