I can't recommend anyone to go to the hospital! Too many patients, too few nurses!
Four stars are awarded to the wonderful staff of the children's department of the Aachen clinic. They were all very nice and helpful. I was there as an escort for my one-year-old son. It was planned that we would stay there for 4 days, and you can imagine what it is necessary to drag for a child. The first day was very bad, we were sent from one doctor to another. We had to wait for hours in the waiting room, for example, a conversation with an anesthesiologist. We settled in a 4-bed ward. This means that there are 2 children and 2 accompanying persons in it. It was possible to lay out my cot only for sleeping. And I had to sit either on the floor or on a chair. All day long. The window couldn't be opened, and there was no changing room. This means that my roommate and I always had to change the children in the room, and it was impossible to open the window a little. I asked if there was an air conditioner. They said that there is, and allegedly work (hahaha). The rooms were very hot. At night, I had to leave the door open to get some fresh air. In our toilet, there were huge cracks at the top and bottom. Then I wanted to go with the baby to the playroom, but because of the" crown " only children were allowed there. When I said that my one-year-old son would definitely not be left alone with the room employee, my sister said that I could play in our room. Unfortunately, I have to say that the food was inedible. Even my son, who likes everything, has hardly eaten anything. I am writing this in the hope that the situation for patients will improve in the near future. I was very uncomfortable all the time.

The clinic has very specific methods of treatment. The hospital is easily accessible by public transport. Despite the fact that it is very large, the signs are very clear, which makes it easy to navigate. The information about the clinic seemed very interesting to me, and I got rid of the fear of treatment.
The monitoring of hospitalization and registration of the coronavirus was very intuitive and much less stressful than expected in other hospitals as well.

I treated prostate cancer in this clinic. The operation was shown. Conducted with the help of a da Vinci robot. Now I feel fine, the cancer has receded. I hope for the best.
The staff is very wonderful, the people are very friendly and nice, I had an operation for the first time, I am very happy, you can ask different questions, and they will explain it to you very professionally. The rooms are very clean and very well equipped. The Aachen University Clinic is very modern and makes a very good impression.
The clinic recommended by me. The staff is very friendly. Staying here is 100% treatment of the disease.
The mother-in-law had to go to the Aachen University Hospital. The lady who was sitting at the reception today was very unfriendly. Really sloppy questions were asked, and even worse answers were given.
If you are accepted like this, you do not want to stay there, so it is not recommended. If possible, go somewhere else.
As a patient, I went for the first time to the Aachen University Clinic for Prenatal Diagnostics with Professor Enzensberger. A super doctor needs time for his patients to explain everything in detail. In the gynecological department, the nurses and doctors are also very nice, everything suits me completely, and I will always recommend prenatal diagnostics at the Aachen University Clinic and the gynecological department. The doctors and nurses are just great and very nice.
In this hospital, I underwent a comprehensive check - up examination of the body. Everything went quickly and without queues. I received the results a week later. I am quite satisfied with the services of the clinic. I recommend it!
This is a good clinic that pays special attention to seriously ill patients. Neurological Department, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Rec. As well as the department of liver diseases. During the corona, it is especially difficult to help all patients immediately. If your family or friends praise you so much, then "everyone" should say "thank you" to all the doctors and nurses!
The clinic that saves.

A very good experience after a bicycle accident and a 6-day stay in the emergency department, neurosurgery and everything else, such as patient transport and kitchen.
I went to the emergency department after a severe outbreak of urticaria with frequent facial swelling for 9 weeks, and nothing seemed to help. Eventually I had anaphylactic shock, but I was unexpectedly sent home with emergency medicine for the reason that if you can't breathe/feel bad anymore, I have to drink it and come back. Then the family doctor gave instructions about hospitalization.
When I checked in, I explained that I had a shock and that I would be referred for hospitalization (again to the emergency department). She was an extremely unfriendly woman who said she could make a medical report, perhaps she would prefer to take care of patient registration after her three-year training as an administrative assistant. She asked what, for God's sake, I was doing here on Sunday at 21:00, and that they absolutely would not accept me, and that I was thinking about just coming now, that they would not do anything for me now and that they would not examine me, despite the instructions of the family doctor. I even called ahead and was told that I would be coming tonight.. I was not admitted to the hospital ... Never again!
The staff is very wonderful, the people are very friendly and nice, it's the first time I've had an operation, I'm very happy, you can ask different questions and they will explain it to you very professionally. The rooms are very clean and very well equipped, compared to the Duren Hospital, the RWTH Aachen University Clinic is very modern and makes a very good impression.
Recommended clinic. The staff is very friendly. Staying here is 100% treatment of disease diagnoses.
I can't recommend treatment in this hospital to anyone.
