Privolzhsky Research Medical University Clinic was founded in 2018 after Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy and the Volga Federal Medical Research Center merged. There are  more than 1000 doctors and medical specialists who provide highly qualified care to adults and children every day.

The Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics specializes in restorative and reconstructive plastic surgery in the treatment of orthopedic diseases, injuries and consequences. Also doctors are treating patients with burns.
The Institute of Pediatrics has 10 departments, including: gastroenterology and metabolic disorders, 2 pediatric, a consultative and diagnostic department with radiation diagnostics, anesthesiology and resuscitation, a neurological department with medical rehabilitation, a center for the diagnosis and treatment of skin tumors.
The Institute of Rehabilitation — it's a 2 clinical departments specializing in the rehabilitation of patients with central nervous system and sensory organs diseases, the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal and peripheral nervous system problems. It is equipped with modern medical hardware, such as a locomotor therapy robotic complex: a complex system with biofeedback and virtual reality.
Dentistry Institute provides medical help of many kinds: therapy, surgery, implantation, orthopedics, orthodontics, diagnostics, prevention.
